REALTOR.com promised to send me a bunch of verified lead leads per month. However, in 6 months time, instead I have received 12 leads that include BOGUS information like FAKE names, Partial or Incomplete names, phone numbers that don't work, and the two that actually did work, were already were working with other realtors.

I am an agent who was promised so much, pure lies! I was completely lied to, got blown off for weeks, sent from one department to the next to cancel and zero help! I had to call my C. C. to stop them, they are the biggest scam artist around! Save your money!

Realtor.com's agent relations and customer service is absolutely horrible! They supposedly assign a customer rep to you but then you're hounded by additional sales reps trying to sell you more areas. It's like the old bait-and-switch. When I figured out they were charging me $350 a month over my requested budget of $500/month they play the "let me transfer you to another rep" game. Once you sign up you are locked in and they continuing charging your credit card. It's next to impossible to cancel. To add insult to injury their leads are worthless. #hugemistake

Do not spend your money
November 29, 2017

I made the mistake to not ask for a contract to read it before giving my credit card to them and when on the phone they do not say that you won't be able to break the contract. I ended paying $345 a month for 2 zip codes for one year. Only made one sale and that didn't even covered the "investment" of the famous leads. Also please know that not all leads are serious about buying or selling. You call, no one answers.

I would have put no star if it was available. I dealt with Frank who made promises regarding the number of leads I would receive and then didn't deliver. I received many duplicate leads and incorrect client information which he said would be verified and wasn't. Of course, they took my $199 every month. Thankfully it was only a 6 month contract.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON A SITE LIKE THIS. IT'S VERY VERY EXPENSIVE & YOU WILL BE STUCK IN A 1 YEAR CONTRACT. AND YOUR CREDIT CARD MERCHANT WILL NOT BAIL YOU OUT SINCE ITS NOT IN THEIR BEST INTEREST EITHER! REALTOR BEWARE.

Tyler Carr and his staff at Realtor.com are simply rude, unprofessional and full of FRAUD, they first get you on the phone to sell you supposed "great leads" and don't tell you, that you will be in a contract with them until its too late. They do not have you sign anything and when you ask for a copy of the contract they straight up say... you don't have a contract, then turn around and say it was a verbal contract... UGH SCAMMERS. Then when you call them because there leads are not any good and you would like to cancel, they start to bully you and lie to you and start accusing you of being unprofessional. They tell you they will not cancel your account no matter what. They promise you leads, yet do not provide leads, you call and ask them to cancel then they tell you that one: The leads are probably in your spam box and two: you had a verbal contract with them and you are now in a contract for a year. They continue to bill your account, we even canceled the card on file and they still billed our account telling us, that they have a way to bill through your bank account as a merchant account, even after you change the card. This is a total scam and the most unprofessional form of business we have seen in the Real Estate profession.

(Update on Class Action Suit Below) We decided to try Realtor.com leads, since they are based on active listings only. Plus we thought they were associated with the NAR. We were wrong. Their leads were horrible, and their contract was very different than what we were promised. We were told we could cancel anytime, but that's not the case. They were terrible at responding, and rude when we brought up issues. Some of the leads they sent were for out of state zipcodes. The rest were for trailers in parks. A total of maybe 6 leads in three months - all terrible. It was a very expensive mistake. We will stick with Zillow.

** Please contact me if you signed up with Realtor.com and received fake leads, no leads or less than you were promised from their services.

Huge Scam!
November 2, 2017

I'm in the same boat! I have been on hold with Realtor.com as we speak for over an hour! I told the gal I will hold all day until I can speak to someone and cancel my service! 95% my leads are phony! I was told I was only competing against one other agent. The couple of buyers that I have actually spoken to said that they have had several agents call them about the same lead, all from realtor.com. F they do not allow me to cancel I will be blocking them from charging my card.

My Husband and I never thought we would be able to purchase the home of our dreams; our forever home, until one day we were blessed to meet an awesome group of Angels from Nicole James Real Estate Group. The group consist of Tiffany Richardson, Gerald Richardson and Latonya Gilchrist. These individuals know exactly what it takes to sell and buy a home and they are very passionate about what they do. This was the first time we encountered such a process and each time we became frustrated and stressed, they continued to encourage us, remind us that it was going to be ok and that the end result would be awesome. They were exactly right. A special thanks to Ms. Tiffany Richardson who although she is a business woman; has a "Heart of Gold" and to Ms. Latonya Gilchrist who took my Husband and me to view so many homes. Ms. Gilchrist did not ever complain, was extremely patient and treated us like royalty. I know that Realtors are in the business of making money but for this group it IS about making your dreams come true. They actually do work for you and yes, the end result is pure satisfaction. THANK YOU NICOLE JAMES REAL ESTATE GROUP! YOU ROCK!

Brought to you by NAR. Restricting information. Sueing Zillow. Lying lying lying.

Notice the huge gap between reviews? All the reviews are either 5 star or one star. That's because worthless Realtors are rating thier worthless website 5 stars.

The website restricts your searches to COUNTIES and intentionally restricts vital information about houses. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Lying worthless scumbag agents are always saying "don't use Zillow". Would you listen to a used car salesmen if they said "Do not read a blue book" (offical book that tells you want used cars are really worth).

Would you listen to them? Then don't use this website either. Do your own homework and cut these worthless dinosuar parasite MLS list sitters out as much as possible.

What VALUE do these worthless talkers bring to the transaction? Nothing. They are just JUST IN THE WAY collecting your money for doing NOTHING.

If you rent ******* marwood condo in applegrove condominiums off of Gratiot you should worry about being ripped off by the landlord who owns it. The place was in great shape on our last day of lease and we walked the whole condo with the landlord and both signed the paper saying "everything is good" and she still used our deposit. That we initially have to her, she used it to put new blinds on the windows, to pay a company to come in and tear up the brand new carpet off the basement floor... she should have bought a new dishwasher, that one sucks. The landlord had cheap already broken blinds on the windows when we moved in and no screens on the windows, but we didn't complain... trying to be good tenants. She ripped us off and now is trying to charge $600 more than what we paid for rent. Good luck with that... maybe if they were stainless steel appliances but they aren't. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this landlord.

Man of his word
October 18, 2017

Ozzie Gonzalez was our agent who represented us, the seller & the buyer. Not only was Ozzie a man of his word by working hard to get our family home sold, it sold in 3 days! He kept us & the buyer informed at each step of the way, assured us when we had questions and came through with all promises made. Ours was a very positive experience and we thank Ozzie (and Keller's inside staff!) for all the hard work to make this happen.

QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS!
October 15, 2017

I have subscribed to Realtor.com trusting that all the leads are legitimate, however, it appears that the majority of the leads are bogus and artificial and don't materialize. Some even set up appointments and don't show up at all. I can't even get through customer service to talk to anyone. As soon as they sign you up they say anything to keep you in the program. Not worth the money at all!

Estimates are so off

This site lies and sucks and isn't updated. It quotes my house over $100k less than all the other sites and the other homes in my community. The only reason I gave it a star was because of the pictures.

Terrible! Dont do it!
October 12, 2017

My co-agent and I decided to give realtor.com a try after speaking with the sales rep and telling him that we arent interested in a contract of any kind. He explained that we arent signing a contract but they just hope we will stay in it and try it for a year. I said Id give it 3 months and reevaluate it since we arent signing a contract anyway. After 3 months of hardly any leads and the couple we got were bogus, we called the customer service number to cancel. The person we got on the phone said hes not able to cancel but someone in client care could help and someone would call us back. I told him I will stay on the line until he could get someone on the phone who could help. After 45 minutes we finally got to talk to the RUDEST guy and he said he wont cancel ourcontract. I asked him what contract? We didnt sign anything and to prove it otherwise. He proceeded to yell at me and told me he cant come over to my computer and show me how to use my email! He was trying his best to bully us and try and convince us we had to continue to pay. We didnt give up and he finally sent us a cancellation email because we had to not stop arguing with him. He tried to tell us we have a verbal contract and I told him to find the recording of my conversation because I never agreed to any contract. HORRIBLE experience and company! This business should be shut down. Do yourself a favor and dont use them. There are a lot better ways of getting clients

I used realtor.com for leads for over 10 months and never had a viable lead to do a deal with. Most would give phony phone numbers, phony names, not respond to emails or simply were not serious buyers. A complete waste of money.
