Not even worth one star
September 1, 2023

I was looking for a rental near rifle Colorado. They had several rentals listed. The only problem is when I inquired about rentals, they would simply ignore me. I know that Colorado is being overrun right now with outsiders and it's hard to find a place to live but that doesn't mean that customer service Hass to go out the window. No matter what I did or how I put it. They simply would never answer me any phone numbers I found for them didn't work either. I went to their homepage online and placed a review, and when I checked the next day it had been taken down, so they only Put five star reviews on their website and take any negative reviews down, which is extremely dirty and corrupt. I am quite sure that I cannot be the only person being treated this way by them. There are plenty of other companies that are more worthy of your time and money so please don't waste your time with these rude and disrespectful people. I what's the point of listing rentals if they're just going to treat people this way, but then again, like I said, there are lots of people from out of the state that are moving in with lots of money and buying up everything and it's because of this that their customer service has gone right out the window, everything is being rented. They have their money so there's no point in being nice to people. So please don't waste your time with this worthless company. There are other companies, much more friendly, and willing to help you.

Rhonda Tipton worst realtor to use from a distance. She never had our back. Seller and her lied to us right up to the end. When we finally got to the house she never had the sellers hold up to their promise. She never even met us at the house when we got here. She knew she screw us over. Cost us thousands of dollars in repairs. Shameful. Be careful shes as sweet as pie Dont fall for it.

Oh, so many things to list that do not work on this site. And it has nothing to do with my own computer as I used to imagine.
For instance, take a look at the photos I provide.
In the first, New York has somehow lost its ability to have a Washington County.
In the second, I type in New York in the search bar and they don't even try to clarify State? Town? Street? New York City? What kind of New York do you want? Instead, they give me listing for New Hampshire.

FISHY?
August 5, 2023

I emailed them regarding a property and received a call from someone foreign ended conversation when they asked me too many personal questions in addition they were not responding to the property I was interested in. Replied to another ad received text message I asked for email address was told to call when I sent another text it failed? Replied to several other listings not ONE response? Very strange considering I explained to them I was preapproved by the VA?

I complained to the company many times about lead quality of mostly fake leads, typically mobile homes, lots of scammers who want to chat on WhatsApp. I would get a request for info for the same run-down manufactured home over and over again. Want to complain to them? Hold times are at least an hour, although I have spent as long as 2 hours on hold. They tell you if you don't get your full allotment of leads by the end of your term, you will get a credit at the end. It's not a refund, just a discount on your next purchase. No thanks! They don't share any info about how other brokers are doing with their leads, and the customer service dept. plays dumb about anything that will reveal what the success rate is. The month that my term was expiring, I reached out to the CEO via Linked In and he replied promptly, which I was impressed with, and had someone at management level call me. She patiently listened as I ticked off my list of grievances and she was very nice, but there wasn't much she could do for me. I let her know I would not be renewing. Imagine my surprise when I got two charges on my CC for another month of torture. I had been automatically renewed! I went into my email and found a message in Spam that if I didn't reply by a certain date that I would be re-enrolled. I called and they said they would open a case file and give me a case number (nothing yet) and I sent them a very pointed email (no reply). I cancelled the credit card and opened a dispute so they can't continue to charge anything further (sue me!) I am going to continue to fight until I get my money refunded. I will continue to post on any sites I can to complain about the unauthorized charges. Maybe state AG or FTC.

Stephen is on time, reliable, & has great people skills. He appears calm but is quick to be of service. He sold my place & got me another so that I closed & sold on the same day. Not an easy feat but he accomplished it.

Their control
July 6, 2023

I went to this site to sell my recently remodeled home. It will not even let me list it for sale by owner. Not a good site for trying to sell your home on your own. Just another site controlled by Realtors.

I inquired about a coop to view it and I was denied the opportunity. The agent explained that they need an a pre-approval. That is not correct! Are you not able to view the property before one purchases it.
SHADY business dealings! I cannot believe this is how I am treated.

2013 I had the pleasure of meeting Erin Lee with, Berkshire Hathaway,to purchase a home in Lewes, Del. Great experience.
Ten years later I contacted Erin Lee to sell my home in Lewes, Del. Since I was living in.VA. Erin was always gracious to meet me in Lewes when I could be there. She was very helpful to ready my home for sale. Taking care of paint work, electrical work, and making sure buyers inspection list items were taken care of. Settlement was seamless. Most important to me, Erin was a great communicator through email, texting and phone calls.
I highly recommend Erin Lee to help anyone buying or selling a home.

Searched for a rental property in my area. Realtor.com advertised what looked like the perfect fit. Sent email inquiry and received robo response that the agent would contact me. After 2 weeks without contact and another inquiry, the property is still listed. I have driven by and it is as advertised on the site. Seems to me the owner of this property who wants it rented is waisting their money. If it is rented, take it down or if it is available, respond to inquires.

You will not want to get in bed with Realtor.com. The salesman will sell you 40 leads in a zip code. They also sell that lead to several other realtors as well. Generally, the first realtor that reaches the buyer wins the client and you lose out. When you get the contract confirmation it says they only have to send you 36 leads, not 40. Let's say they only send you 20 leads and you are short 16 leads. If you don't request a "lead review" they will keep any refund due you. Recently I had purchased 80 leads in one zip code. At the end of the contract, they were short 30 leads. Using their 36 rule they were now short 22 leads. My 30 leads times my unit cost of $51.70 should have been a credit to me of $1.551.00. Using 22 leads the credit is now $1,137.40. Then they tell me that I am not getting the full amount, so my final credit is $806.00, half of what I should have received. In today's market with inventory shortages, I decided to stop buying leads and just use my current database.

Bad experience
April 4, 2023

I called the number on the Realtor.com site to ask about a property. After about 30 questions and trying to sign me up with an agent three separate times I told the person I just wanted information and did not want to give her any more personal information. She promptly said thank you and hung up the phone on me.

Realtor.com Leads Are A Scam!
March 29, 2023

I signed up for online leads from Realtor.com in Late September of 2022. I was promised 10 leads a month per zip code slot. I signed a yearly contract for 4 zip code slots which would have meant I'd be getting 40 leads per month. It's now the end of March in 2023 and I have received a total of 40 leads instead of receiving 240 leads. Realtor.com does nothing to resolve the issues. I've tried to get out of my year long contract but Realtor.com will not release me from my contract and continue to charge my card. What's more, the leads I have received are not workable leads. The leads either have agents or they're calling about properties that are already under contract. Realtor.com does not screen the leads and when I complained about the leads, Realtor.com openly admits that I will have to weed through the junk leads to get the good leads. The thing they don't tell you is that all of the leads are garbage.

Traveled over 700 miles to see a house. After arriving I find out the realtor going to show the house has COVID. She referred me to the listing agent. He makes me an appt. An hour before our meeting he tell me he has a contract. On a Sunday. Lol. I reached out the agent I had been working with. She doesn't reachout much. So I begin to deal with listing agent again. He said I could make a counter offer during a certain time frame but I couldn't get anyone associated with realtor. Com to bid. I deleted the app and sulked about my dream hobby house gone.I would never recommend using realtor. Com always use listing agent. He probably would have let me make an offer...

I have used this website for several years. They have stats for neighborhoods such as school ratings, noise, traffic. They use to have most important one CRIME. I texted several times in the last year and half and they said they are working on it. Really year and half. I just wonder why they are hiding that. Interesting!

Realtor.com contacted me for leads in a zip code I preferred. They told me the leads were vetted. I have had this service for 8 months and not received one lead that could have been a transaction. I changed my zip code hoping that it would help. I called Customer Support and they were rude and suggested after I received a lead that wanted to rent that I should talk him into buying. Just utter nonsense. I am thoroughly disgusted.I was told that I could not talk with a Customer Support team member for 3 days when I wanted to cancel. I am going to put a hold on my next payment. What a waste of time and money. I gave them a 1 since they had a pulse but wished I could give them less than that
