There are many people who are dedicated to stealing and defrauding small companies across the country using false information like these people. They call you and offer you business opportunities in the real estate market and property cleaning after construction. I am a realtor and company owner in South Florida with over 5 years of experience and I advise you to take a minute of your valuable time and report these people to your local police or directly to the FBI in your area. Provide phone numbers and emails where we are scammers contact you
This is not a service which will produce leads- at all, ever. The best they can claim is "X number of people saw your face". One year and $2600 later, I got ZERO leads from Realtor.com Local Expert advertising.
They text me only
Can't call they don't answer google voice #
Want all my info before showing house
Disappeared when I said I would like to see if the hous is a good fit before committing to anything they are asking for
Found house on another site priced different
Stay away Francesca Mcfeely, she's a shyster and thief. We had a verbal agreement, which I have in text form, to return 3/4 of our $13,000 security deposit.($9,750). She only returned $9,100. When confronted her answer was "you signed it". Luckily, this was only a vacation rental. Based on this she shouldn't be trusted on a major home purchase. She has been reported to realtor.com corporate headquarters, Florida Real Estate Commission and Attorney General.
Most of the leads either do not answer the phone or email, already are working with a realtor, or are a realtor. My last lead asked a question to Realtor.com thinking she was going to get a response from someone who worked for Realtor.com. She was already working with a realtor, but wanted to get answers to a question she could have simply asked her agent. She didn't want to bother him because her agent was busy that day.
I had multiple homes and everytime I went on this site they were so far off on the valuation of my home and community that it was mind boggling. Then I would go on Zillow and others and they were very accurate. In my opinion Realtor.com should not be trusted and if I could give them a fat zero I would. My home was worth over a million dollars and very well kept. Then there was a shack down the street that hadn't been lived in for years. They priced my home pretty much around the home of the shack. Then There was a home that was half the size of my home and witihout similar amenities but down the street and they valued it more than my home and my home is waterfront property. Go figure. There should be laws that stop companies like REaltor.com reckless leads and consumer fraud.
I have been using neighborhood specialist advertising on Realtor.com for over a year. Not one lead was generated. The quality of Realtor.com has truly gone down hill.
The best realtor any buyer should have in their corner it would be George Lewis. He answers every call and or Tex message on time. Working with George is like working with your best friend.
She was so bad and unprofessional. Claims she provides info she does not and was very unprofessional when I let her know I was no longer in the market. Never had signed an agreement or anything yet tried to be manipulative and acted like I owed her something.
Promised 40 leads over 6 months at $500 a month. Got approx. 10 crappy leads. Other agents that were trying to contact the listing agent. Leads from bogus emails like bendovertrump. Worst leads ever - not one that would have helped pay for the terrible leads
After house was sold, other websites updated correct information from the MLS.
Realtor.com, however, reverted to old info from 5 years ago!
We have worked with them for 2 months to rectify the listing, and even their own staff cannot figure out why the problem remains.
Just when I thought I heard it all. I saw a house for sale on realtor.com. I sent my information and expressed my interest for more information. The representative I spoke to First called me and hung up. I then called him back. His answer was is this Rita!,
I then questioned him several times as to who listed the house. I asked if it was the owner he said he does not know.
I then asked what realtor listed it. Again he didn't know. He wanted to give me to a realtor of his choice in my area. How could realtor.com not know who listed this house?.
Hey realtor.com, you don't decide who I give my business to!
The worst service I ever had. They are liars. They train people to say the same line over and over. The leads they provide are not real.
Good lord. On hold 20 minutes at a time. They continued to call even after I told them I am not a realtor. They signed me up and charged me after I told them to cancel. Now I have to dispute with the credit card company. I cancelled within an hour and they told me this was handled.
On Realtor. Com I've been on site last 2 months yesterday 3702 Bamberger for sale $65.000the listing agent Janell With Coldewell Banker in Lakestlouis, moved photos and stated it was taken the day, yesterday it was Posted I feel this is Fraud and against the Law, it's a Bunch of lies, I have $100K got home Loan crab in the bucket! Need to be Investigated, by the Law!
Jennie Stephens made this experience more than I could have asked for. I highly recommend her. Every step of the way she was there and guided us through this crazy process. She continuously went above and beyond for my family and I. If you're looking for a realtor, she's your gal!
The purpose of your business is to facilitate the buying and selling of homes. Not having crime statistics to help buyers determine whether they want to buy a particular house is antagonistic to the point of realtor.com's existence. Unhelpful and potentially damaging to potential buyers.
I used realtor.com to help us buy a house and used their recommended agent. The agent did such a great job and registered us for their rebate.
Their rebate rules are too harsh. With all the stress of selling our house, buying the house, moving, and on top of that Covid! - I made the mistake of missing the rebate deadline, and because of that honest mistake, I will not be receiving a rebate, not even a dime. I wouldn't mind it so much if it was just a few hundred dollars but it's for almost $2000. I asked for easing the rule regarding my situation. If it was something like reducing the rebate amount as a penalty, I can accept that. But for the whole amount? I'm so sorry. The only thing I can do now is to unsubscribe, never to use this service for a realtor or for any reason.
I used a Realtor from their site. My Realtor paid the amount for the cash reward and because I contacted my Realtor about the money in December to which she let me know the money came out of her commission at closing, I patiently waited to the site to send me the money. They say they sent me once email around closing to get my reward and did not contact me since. I reached out today to find out how much longer I had to wait and they sent me an email saying sorry for your much but you missed your reward by 10 days since you did not contact us. I am just shocked they would take money from my Realtor who paid in good faith and then keep for themselves. Very unscrupulous business practices. I will never use or recommend this site again.
Very upset with Realtor.com. I paid for a 6 mos trial, and never renewed. But they went ahead and renewed anyway. I am furious that they never called me. I called them when I realized they were charging me. I wasn't even with the same firm any longer. Now I am getting letters from an atty.
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
