Placed order August 24 was told shipped on August 26th 3 items out of Florida rest of order to be shipped from California it didn't seem right from email confirmation so I called to
Verify and was told I would receive another Email for California order with tracking number to which i never did. Recived Florida order still no info for rest of order out of California made 3 phone calls plus Emails to find out order from California was never processed and now paid UPS twice for delivery in Canada after this experince will not order from them again as my other order from a different company was Excellent with no BS
