Great products At good prices and fast and easy ordering
My order was out of stock. It wasn't noted on the website or I would not have purchased it from Raney's. Although Raney's didn't seem to have any problem taking my money right away!
Extremely disappointed in the product. Rather than send the actual shortie mud flap, you chose to just cut off a regular mud flap, making installation impossible because there are only two holes. Very unprofessional.

Your company sent out a monthly special on cascadia steering wheels. I didn't hear anything for a week. I called in and found out your company was selling product it didn't have in stock. This happened before with the mud flaps. You drop shipped those from the manufacturer. Why do you advertise parts that you don't even have? Is it about cost control or about lack of inventory control? Either way it doesnt look good for your company. The parts are nice though.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
