I have emailed Luis Martinez about an issue iv had with both shifter extension and the custom charges. I made one order and ended up paying three different broker fees and on top of that the first extension i got was all banged up and scratched and the replacement I received was worse then the first one. I would love to talk to someone about it.
Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
