Not shippers fault for the damage, but is their fault for choosing FedEx in the first place. Packages comes to my business everyday from all carriers. FedEx is by far the worst delivery service available anywhere. Late, damaged, delivery notes ignored.
I ordered a tc200 truck seat from Raineys.com. They were helpful in finding if the seat would fit in the truck I drive. I liked the ease of use with the website. I found all of the information right there. Including seat height and width. It shipped fast. Product was in good condition when delivered.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
