I couldn't get the tank cables from International, they were on a national back order. Raney's had them and I received them within two days.

Truck says open circuit in running lights and all the lights are working correctly.

My package was completely destroyed. Not sure if any hardware is missing but I have things like this I'm the shop to replace. Not shippers fault for the damage, but is their fault for choosing FedEx in the first place. Packages comes to my business everyday from all carriers. FedEx is by far the worst delivery service available anywhere. Late, damaged, delivery notes ignored.

I ordered a tc200 truck seat from Raineys.com. They were helpful in finding if the seat would fit in the truck I drive. I liked the ease of use with the website. I found all of the information right there. Including seat height and width. It shipped fast. Product was in good condition when delivered.

Talked to a parts person, ( nice person)couldn't find anything for the older truck, found a bracket that looked close on their website, ordered- wrong one, now can't get help to return - there system can't find the order, but they keep sending me out emails- been on the phone waiting for over a hour for return parts / have a order number, but won't except it in return
