Today, I got delivered a wrong saree, which I've ordered for my mother why is why I couldn't fulfill her choice so yes! I'm willing for my to bd refunded & get this product as it's too of a very bad quality! I have been ordering from rainbow shops.com for a about 4 years now I have had many problems in the past but continued to order because I do like the clothes they have if you choose the right pieces not all of their clothing is good quality. About 6 months ago I placed an order online and it never came when I contacted customer care I was told that I would receive a call back and the call never came I was really busy and life so I just kind of gave up and let them steal for me. About 3 weeks ago I placed 2 orders on their online website and I still have not received them. Today is August 2nd 2020 my items were supposed to be delivered July 21st 2020. I contacted customer care 2 days after my order was supposed to arrive because I knew they would argue with me to wait a few more days. It was a Thursday when I contacted customer care and she told me that I should have my items by Friday and if I haven't received them Friday that I should give them a call back she also said that I would hear from someone from customer care by Friday which I knew was a lie because I've heard that before. It's now Sunday and I've been calling them since Friday with no answer because no one is picking up I guess it's because of the Corona virus. Finally I get a call back today after requesting one through their automated system and I will tell you each and every rainbow customer care representative is rude this is not my 1st time speaking with these people and it's not the same person it's a different person each time they are all rude. And on top of everything else, I'm getting a new story to day that That what I was told on Thursday was not true it takes 3 to 5 business days to receive a call back in I asked to speak to a supervisor she sold me that I would have to receive a call back from the supervisor in that would take 24 to 72 hours. They make you jump through so many holes to get A refund so you will just give up and I have done that before but I'm getting my money back this time and I will never shop with them again
Worst store ever! The employees there are rude. During the pendemic I lined up behind the person in front of me. Another customer came and stood at another tape line. They said nothing to this customer who just cut all standing in line. I then went and stood on another taped line. They told me I was on the wrong line. I should have been the next in line. This is where they got rude. Instead of telling the customer who cut in front of me and two others they said well too bad this Is the way it is. I put down my stuff and said fine I don't need this stuff and walked away. As we were leaving all three employees behind the register yelled bye in a rude way. Your store just lost a costumer. I am not going to pay for any product where you are treated so rudely. If I could give this store a 0 I would.
I've received no merchandise, and when I email get a generic response that answers nothing and is not helpful. Reporting to credit card company as scam.

I'm really disappointed in the customer service I received. The store had been closed for COVID-19. When the store opened I went to get out a layaway I had put up. I had spoke to someone to say that I was still interested in getting my purchase. Went to pick up my purchase a few days later only to find out they canceled my layaway. Other retailers started your layaway over not Rainbow they didn't even give you a week. When I got there they had canceled my layaway and still took my money. I could see if I had not picked up because of something I had done but I couldn't pick up because the store was closed. I feel like they should have given me the full refund amount toward another purchase. That way they still could have made money and I wouldn't have lost money. Before this I liked shopping here. I even ordered off the online store. Now I feel some type a way about how they handled their store being closed. I'm sure I'm not the only one this happened to. So disappointed.
I'm super upset by the fact that there is no longer a fitting room available to your honest paying customers! I don't live close by and it is a hassle to return things. Used to love shopping here... no more!
I've been buying clothes at Rainbow for 25 years. Recently I ordered off the website for the first time. I wasn't concerned if anything did not fit since the website said I could return to the store and avoid the return shipping. As it turned out one type of shirt I ordered was much shorter than expected, so I needed to return them. The other basic tee shirts which I have bought in the past fit well as I thought it would. The problem was in the past these basic tees were always made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. That is also what it says on the website. They were not. They are now made with 57% cotton, 38% polyester and 5% spandex. Sadly, I now needed to return everything. When I got to the store, they said they could only give me store credit because I used paypal. If I sent it back by mail I could get a refund, but then I'd be charged $7 for the return shipping. I took the store credit as I only had 7 days to do the return. Rainbow shops has essentially stolen $54 from me that they will not refund. It is trapped on a store credit that I do not want to use. The clothing I bought and had to return had false descriptions of the material they were made from on the website. That alone should be enough for any decent vendor to apologize for their mistakes and refund my money. The website also said nothing about not being able to get a refund at the stores if you used paypal. This was only on the invoice sent in the mail with the order. I will never shop at Rainbow again. I will spend the next few weeks making sure every place I can review, gets a review. This was false advertising by Rainbow and their lack of caring to fix the problem only makes it more appalling. I want to make sure that everyone know about the paypal scam on Rainbow to keep your money.
Like others I ordered an electric trimmer... got a. 50 cent pair of scissors...

They show you a picture of electric scissors but they will ship you a cheap $2 manual scissors. This site is a fraud and I am reporting them to Facebook to stop their advertising. Do not buy anything from Rainbows department.
I've never had a bad experience in this store. The staff members are warm and inviting and the place is always in top shape. Keep up the solid work guys!

The customer service I received from Marianna and Alexis at the rainbow store in San Bernardino was perfect. The patience and time giving when helping with finding shoes and exchanging clothing items was awesome. I will definitely be a returning customer
These people that work at this store are unprofessional, rude, no proper training, attitudes from hell. When asked to try something on they just look at you. Then open the door without ever saying anything to you. Just flat out rude as $#*!. Not going get my money.
I bought 2 pairs of cargo a week later the stitching started coming apart so I tried to return them. I was told I couldn't return them bc I wore them. They said it's not there problem the stitching is bad
I ordered come here online 4 times and never had a problem or issue until my last order they totally screwed up my order it was like 3 weeks in until they finally gave me a refund cuz I never received it but one when I called customer service say was rude as hell I talked to one representative that was pretty nice but the rest was rude and not professional for some reason FedEx lied and said that they attempt to deliver my package when they didn't because I was at home at that time and they escape my package to the post office and it was a total screw up so I will never shop online again at this store only in store
Visited Rainbow shops in McComb, Ms! Very unprofessional! Not a friendly setting for children they had music playing with vulgar language. One of the associates went to the back and picked up a plate a lunch ate it at the counter amongst customers as if they had no breakroom! Even cut on a tv show on her phone with explicit content. Made a complaint to the manager she seemed as she saw nothing wrong and stood behind them a 100%. I will never shop here again
I have been to the Carrolton Ave store several times and Ms. Dionjeanea Richards and Ms. Telma Burfect are absolutely wonderful. They both were friendly and helpful beyond words! I recommend this store to everyone. Thanks ladies!
