I went to Rainbow this morning to exchange an item for a smaller size. The hours stated they open at 10: am it was after 10 there was an associate on the premise she never acknowledged me. I guess another worker showed up. I asked. Are you open now? She said no. I asked so when do you open, she said when I say we do. She was so nasty and disrespectful I figure Ill just eat the lost. I'll never shop there again. Mysister was on the phone with me. She's spreading the word, so am I that won't be tolerated. If it wasn't for shoppers, they'd have no job. That was Terrible.

They have the worst shipping service my order is a week late and got lost(they say) in the shipping process. Customer service do not help with anything they keep saying someone will call you or someone else has your claim. No give me my money back or ship my things first class
I used to shop from rainbow because of how close it is to where I live and how cheap it is. I stopped shopping there because the clothing didn't really align with my personal style, and also because how bad the quality is. The clothes would usually start to look like they were in bad condition after a few washes. I don't recommend shopping From rainbow if you plan to wear their clothes long term (for at least 5 years). Speaking of, their clothes are fast fashion which means that they are not sustainable/ made with good quality and not meant to be worn for a long time. I didn't want to buy clothes that I know will end up in waste and being in that constant cycle of buying and giving away. I'll rather buy clothes that will last me a long time and not have to constantly follow the latest trends. In conclusion, rainbow is not the best quality of clothing and they're better options of clothing out there.
Where as I like the clothes I've ordered twice for delevery. Absolutely Horrible. No one cares where your order is and the help you get is well it's not our fault. I think I'll stick with WISH at least that way I know it will be $#*!ty. I thought I would give them another chance. I'm sorry I did. Sorry but you've lost my business for life.
I am so aggrevated with the store on broad and Snyder. They are the laziest most unprofessional people i have seen. I go in there alot and spend alot well hundreds at a time is alot for this store. So I never tried or did exchange anything before its just not worth the time. But just now I did want to exchange a pair of denim shorts that were 20 bucks which I think is alot for ur store so they were too big I lost 30 lbs and I just looked horrible in them made me look even skinnier so they said no bc no receipt but any other store u only need it for return like cash back. This policy isn't fair at all. And BTW can't get same item bc I got the smallest size. So now I'm stuck with these and im not going to shop there anymore. I'm being treated unfairly and also they acted like I was bothering them. They gave me looks and were whispering to each other the whole thing was disgusting
This store has a lot of cute stuff, plus size clothes are cuter than smaller sizes. I really do like the clothes however, the stores are nasty and it is a distraction because you are shopping for new clothes in a dirty place. I have reported this 3 times to corporate who claims they are gonna turn my complaint over to the District Mgr. Yet they are still dirty. I feel this company cares nothing about customers they just want us to buy their clothing at any cost. I hate when companies treat us like they can present their product to us any kind of way... wrong! Rainbow Shops clean up your nasty stores in Dayton, Ohio. I refuse to let a company force me to shop under these conditions. You guys look like old dirty Roses stores!
I bought several items from the store and I am very pleased with the purchase and the service I received.
I have been looking for a site to complain to besides the company so that customers can see this company does not solve any of your problems. On April 10th 2021 I placed an order for 12 dresses totaling $115.41 I never received anything saying when my dresses were arriving so on April 23rd 2021 I happen to look on the email order receipt because I thought that it was strange that I have not received anything, no email, no text, anything telling me about my order. So I looked at the one email that I received when I ordered the dresses and it said that my dresses had been delivered a week prior on April 16th 2021. Needless to say I was very upset. I had not received any notifications about the delivery. I do not blame rainbow 100% because they did not steal my dresses but I do blame them because if I had been notified I could have been looking out for the package, now I am out $115.41 and I have no dresses and I am very upset. I filed a complaint with Rainbow shops and they said that they are going to get back to me in 4 days. It's been over a week and I have not gotten any correspondence about the case, BUT they send advertisements about new clothing though. But no apology no anything. DO NOT buy from Rainbow shops online because they will not resolve your issue if you have one. At the lease, Rainbow Shops could have issued an apology. Hopefully one day will get it together & take a note from Amazon who let's you know when they're going to deliver your package. I only gave 1 * because I had to... I would have given them no stars if I could have.

Consultation fees are very High. And Doctor's are not available in offline.
Most of them are in online services and that fee is same. How patients will explain problem to doctor.
Only providing 5 days for follow up with free service. But Doctor is available weekly once. How it is possible I don't understand
On 6th day I called for the appointment, they asked me to pay the consultation fee.
I continue to give rainbow a chance when im shopping for clothing online but every time that i do im very disappointed. Styles and design of clothing is terrible. The quality of clothing is not good nor shoes.
The rainbow in the Aurora Mall in Aurora Colorado the manager has such a bad attitude and talk to their customers any kind of way she sets her own rules made my daughter feel like a thief and I was in the store with her at this time I love shopping at Rainbow I've been shopping with you guys for several years but the manager that you have at this particular store is going to make you lose customers she is really really really rude so I've decided that I will not shop there anymore please do something with your management before people start picketing your store and then you'll really start losing money I've never been in a store that the other employees cannot ring you up they have to wait on her which makes the line ridiculously long and even one of the employees also told me that the rules that she had made up for the store they just found out about themselves her name is Yvonne please this is my favorite store but I will not return until you get rid of that bad manager.
I am not a fan of how the managers treat their employees. The employees should be treated better. Bosses should be more respectful because lets face with out them the managers will struggle, and then with managers struggling say goodbye to the buisness especially at the fall river store.
For the price rainbow items, they work for me, I don't follow designer clothes, because to me they're overrated, since July I been buying online due to the Corona virus pandemic I think I purchased over 50 with on one piece to small. Thanks Rainbow for the affordable clothes and shoes
I purchased 2 pair of their ripped jeans and after wearing 1 pair they were not true to size, I went back to the store for an exchange. I didn't have my receipt because I didn't think the pants would be I'll fitted. Most stores stand behind their product and offer a store credit. I was told there is absolutely nothing they can do without a receipt. Although 22.00 won't break my bank, it's hard earned money and I chose to spend it wisely. I often visited rainbow because it's within walking distance from my home. Going forward I'll spend my money at forever 21, Walmart or any store that appreciates their customers and actually want repeat business
Horrible business as have not heard from them. Try calling but get no answer from them. I checked and thought they were here in States guess I was wrong.
I ordered in Early Sept 3 shirts they keep saying getting items ready. Going to get in touch with pay pal about them. This seems like they are overseas.
Ordered $175 worth of clothes and shoes. All looked really cute on the app that i ordered from. Delivery took way longer than what was supposedly "Premium shipping". What a joke, just use standard. Clothes came with stains, holes, and one pair of shoes looked like they had already been worn. I thought "Oh well, I'll just sew the hole *i shouldn't have to do that with a brand new shirt*, wipes off the stain on the shoe, and try to wash the stain away. I wash all my new clothes by choice so washing wasn't a problem. All what i felt were minor issue *I* could deal with. The major issue that caused me to literally return every piece of clothes and shoes i ordered was the fact about 10 items came with cancer warning labels. The State of California makes companies give notice if a product has harmful chemical that could cause cancer. I knew this already for other items, but never for my clothes! For Gods sake! Why do my brand new shirts say warning this product contains LEAD! And also another chemical i forgot to write down before i returned everything! The worst part is when i called customer service she pretty much was like "oh yeah we *Rainbow stores* know about that. The State of California makes us *Rainbow stores* do that if a product contains chemicals or whatever. You don't live in California do you?"
Me: "Yes i do, and why does it say it contain lead?"
Rainbow customer service: "Oh yeah but its just a label about lead, it can't hurt you."
Me: "Ummm. Yes it can hurt me. The label say "can cause cancer or birth defects."
Rainbow customer service: "Oh that's weird"...*phone call ends*

Like really? So did she really just hang up on me when I asked about harmful chemicals on Rainbows clothing products that can make people SICK?! Never again. Rainbow lost a long time customer. Zero stars in my opinion. Also, the so called supervisor, manager, or whoever she is Sharon is extremely rude, loud and has a bad attitude. It took about 4 phone calls to reach a decent customer service representative because they were all rude as well. One hang up in my face.
I am very disappointed with Rainbow Fashions. I placed an order for an saree. The wrong saree was delivered and no one bothered to revert to replacement. Such a pathetic and worst experience. Do not recommend to anyone.

They are absolute cheaters. I bought a saree it was completely different from what I ordered. Now no response when I call. The cost i paid was Rs1000 but the worth of the saree they have sent is Rs.200.The material is pathetic.
It's a low class marketing company, I have ordered a green colour Saree but got a different one. I'm calling them continuously but no response. Please don't ever think of buying anything from this website, U will be only disappointed and loose ur money and even the quality is unacceptable u have to just struggle for return and refund which u never get.
