Fedex took forever to ship it- jumped over my state and almost to the other side of the country and the shirt is too big and i've been waiting on a response to return/exchange it for over a week now... most sites you order from you can just return a shirt, not have to wait for approval

I received the parts quickly! The parts did not fit. It took over a week for any type of response from them. They are taking the item back, but I can't get anyone to help me find the correct parts I need. Think I'm just going to look somewhere else.

No problems navigating the site or checking out. Good selection of parts, but I'm miffed that the expensive door hinge "kit" I ordered doesn't come with the mounting hardware. The wasn't explained in the catalog.

I have ordered from Quadratec in the past with not much concern. However this last order has been a nightmare. This order was place on Jan 21/22 and it is now Apr 8/22 and still no parts. I have called 8 times questioning this order and was assured it would becoming but never getting it. Most times I have called I was on hold waiting for someone to answer for over a hour. I was even put back on hold after some one did answer to be put back on hold and not return at all. That is on hold for a day, this is unacceptable

I was missing four screws, called Quadrarec, they called me back within an hour, and sent me the missing parts.
