Shipping was fast and the price was right. However I'm still waiting for the $100 gift card that was supposed to come with my purchase. It was listed as a separate item on the invoice but still no sign of it. Ive sent a message to Quadratec Customer support a few days ago. Still waiting on a reply.

Quadratec is the easiest website to shop. Only bad thing i can say is the packaging could have been better.

The product box being damaged should have never gone out to a customer. This shows a lack of quality control by the people filling the orders

I ordered some parts in January that were supposed to be delivered in February. Still haven't got them and they kept saying 2 weeks for a few times a month ago they said it would be a month.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Tried numerous times to contact them regarding an order. All emails, phone calls, and a letter sent by the US postal system were all ignored. Avoid them at all costs.

12/30/21 I ordered a set of front and rear doors from Quadratec. Item # *******. Quantity is (1) which means a single quantity includes four total doors. Price $799.99 + tax.

3/25/22 the doors shipped, and my Amercan Express card was charged twice for $859.03. There should have only been a single charge of $859.03.

I emailed Quadratec on 3/25/22 and 3/29/22 and have not received a reply. I've attempted calling numerous times but have never reached anyone. I've only reached an automated voicemail which places me on hold and no one ever answers despite waiting a half hour or longer. As of today 4/4/22 I tried calling and reached a busy tone.

I've contacted AMEX to dispute the errant second charge, and also filed a complaint with the BBB. If you are customer considering doing business with Quadratec be warned. I will be taking my business to other companies who answer the phone and do not create billing problems.
