Purolator is the worst ever I had to deal with and it wasn't even my choice but the company I ordered from. I ordered the same thing online for the second time and even the first time They stated it was delivered to me and it never happened but they did the same the second time. I phoned customer service but the guy did not even know what he was talking about and said there is no mistake on their part. So I ask where is my package. He was not about to solve any problem but said the sending company told them not to ask for a signature just leave it. What a bunch of bologna are you in Kindergarten or something? What a stupid thing to say. As I looked at their reviews in general others have issues with these useless people hence the bad reviews. I will tell everyone I know about this make sure they never have to go through what I did. Also will be complaining to business bureau.

A package left the original facility and because it's only 30km, it shoudl have been deliverd the day after... BUT instead of beinp out for deliverey it went back to the originla facility (they don't even know how this happened). Calling them: we can't do anything the package will be delayed. It must have been misrouted so there is nothing we can do. The worst experience both for shipping and for customer service! I'd like to put -10 stars but i can't

Worst delivery service in BC.

Worst delivery service in BC. Purolator will waste your time, consume your energy and not deliver the parcel. They have my parcel since Dec 21 in their facility, it's Jan 12 and I just wasted another day off waiting for the delivery. I contacted their agents through the chat, calling, and emailing... And they keep saying there was no space in the delivery truck, or other excuses like missed connection. Don't use this service, and don't buy through any retail that uses this service (like Best Buy, for example).

I had to call several times to receive my order because they were unable to deliver packages correctly to my address. On several occasions, they have confirmed delivery dates to me that they have not respected. I had given, several times again, clear indications that the package had to be delivered to my address EVEN IF I WAS NOT THERE, like every other normal Amazon delivery, and they kept leaving WITH my package.

Absolutely the worst delivery company ever and has useless representatives that can assure the package will be delivered. The delivery guy does not even knock or ring the doorbell BUT just leaves a note saying they missed me. I have the CCTV footage that captures how effortlessly the driver just leaves the note and drives away. The driver didn't even leave their contact number to call back or neither call the recipients when they arrive at the premise. I live in the basement and no effort is made to ensure the package is delivered. My house owner was also in the house when the delivery guys came and heard nothing. I had to call customer service and wait 1 hour before I can be attended to. When I ask for re-delivery, the answer I got was subject to availability. MY FOOT! PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Don't waste your time. Purolator - If you cannot commit to customer satisfaction and end-user experience, do not run a servicing company. JOKERS

Terrible service
January 10, 2023

First, they blamed the delay on the weather, then when it was out for delivery, the truck broke down on Friday, then on Monday the conveyer belt broke down, so more delay. Was supposed to be delivered last Thursday, but now it is Tuesday, and still nothing. The chat does not work, the wait on the phone is 1 hr, and the person finally talking has no idea what is going on. Asked Amazon. Not to use this useless company to deliver, but they don't care about that. Purolator never delivered anything to me without some kind of glitch. How can they operate like this? Frustrating.

Waste of time

Terrible service, did not deliver package, kept saying that they did deliver it. They sent it back and every time I tried to get someone to pay attention I received the same blank "it was delivered" answer.

Really the worst courier for delivering to rural areas. All others seem to be pretty convenient. Not Purolator.

This company is really bad joke. With so many customer complaints, this company should be sacked. Promised delivery day on 12/16/2022 now its saying 12/19/2022 because of "Weather delay" and I saw their courier truck stopped in front my house for few seconds and left without delivering on 12/16/2022, then I get a message "Weather delay". And they will deliver on 12/19/2022. What a joke

Send a critical bank doc by overnight, paid a high premium just to have it not arrive. Was told it was due to "weather" which was nonsense as there was no problematic weather apart from being the winter time. This is just a universal lie courier companies use to avoid taking any responsibility for poor staffing and infrastructure. Even the 3rd party courier who delivered the item 3 days late had no idea what weather Purolator was talking about. No refund or discount, just high rates, terrible service and a lot of excuses. Zero stars.

Delivery always late. Ended up going to depot to 3 time in a row to pickup the package by my self even i paid for extra fee for faster shipping. Driver will make a reschedule delivery request for you. Could'nt even deliver a pair of RCA cable.

Absolutely awful service

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered friday, they put a "missed delivery" notification on saturday and backdated it friday 1pm. I was home all day and I didn't get my door buzzed or anything. This was frozen meat that was ruined by the time they delivered it on monday. Terrible service.

Every shipment from eastern Canada comes with "Delayed due to missed connection". If you try to call - either you can't get through. If you use Chat support - it doesn't work. If you are lucky and get to contact someone, the attitude is they really don't care that your package is going to be VERY late.

I have been trying to get my birth certificate for over a month now. First time, no notifications or anything, they send it back to Winnipeg. So I pay to have it delivered next day. They decide they no longer have my unit number, and can't deliver it to my building, ignoring the communal mail box, and the fact I was home. Package then sits in a facility in the middle of nowhere, sending me comstant emails that I can come and pick it up. When they called to confirm my address they asked if they had the right address INCLUDING UNIT NUMBER, and I said yes. So it was complete crap that they couldn't deliver. Customer service is among the worst, and you will never get a human answer. Even if you paid for literally nothing. I hope Purolator goes belly up.

Ordered online from Canadian Tire with ship to home. Driver did not deliver due to road construction & I had to walk a block and 1/2 to get package from the driver and carry it home. Meanwhile canpar and fedx are delivering across the street. Complained to purolator and Canadian Tire. Decided to shop with ship to home with Home Hardware... They used purolator as well and I did not know. Guess what? Driver will not deliver because of construction even though every other company is up and down the street delivering. Retailers need to post who does their shipping so we can avoid cut rate deliverers like purolator. Offer different delivery services would be good. By the way I am 73 yrs old and do not drive so the block and a half picking up my package and carrying it home was not a pleasure. Pictures show the street that every other company can manage but not these guys.

Worst service ever from a delivery company. I have had them on multiple occasions delivering stuff. They do no consider that their customers could possibly have disabilities, be sick, or do not have cars to pick up their packages from locations from their "failed delivery". They lie and do not even attempt to deliver. I have seen it on multiple occasions. They are frauds and do no deserve any business. But sadly they are linked with Canada post for some reason I do no understand. They just love to waste peoples time.

Had 2 packages that were heavy but clearly i paid extra for the shipping. Both were damaged and i even saw the driver drop 1 of them after i offered help but the driver just drove off. Filed a claim, that was a waste of time as i later got an email saying its the shippers responsibility. This company lacks competence and responsibility, what a shame, don't waste your money, use someone else. Luckly ebay took care of it!
