I access these reports to find out if I was still property owner of a parcel in California. The report really didn't tell me a lot but I know there's limited access and when I canceled it there was not a problem doing it at all. The live chat help me immensely! If you have any problems I would recommend to use the site and if you can't use it they have no problem canceling your account.

I searched one address then once I paid was sent information on a different address it took two separate times with customer service to finally get refund for the over charge so all I can say is be cautious with this site make sure you pay attention when searching. Also be ware information is not up to date or completely accurate

Contacted customer service via the chat function after receiving a recurring charge for a prior search I conducted on my deceased sister's property. Did not realize I was signing up for some sort of "package." Amy kindly closed the account to ensure no further charges would be incurred.
