I needed to find some information on a client. I was able to find it fast and easy after I was done I was able to cancel my subscriptions with no hassles.
I happen to notice that one of my credit cards had reached its max limit. Upon further investigation, I found that I had been receiving charges from public records on a continuous basis for a purchase that I did that I believe to be one time only. I contacted customer service and Carol assisted me. Not only did she send me a copy of the options that are available when you use public records, but she refunded me for charges that I did not make for the month of March. Her customer service was top-notch and I appreciate everything that she did. I sure hope that her manager's recognize what a great job she did and not only assisting a customer, but for the reputation of public records and their services. I will definitely use them in the future, and we will certainly make sure that I pay attention to my options when I cash out next time.
