I did a live chat with Richard about unauthorized charges to my card and he was able to help me with this and close the account I didn't realize I opened.

I thought that I was only getting charged a per report fee however, it turns out that it is a monthly fee that I just was not in need of. Got on the live chat explained the situation and boom, right away I received an email for confirmation of refund! Excellent service!

I simply needed to validate potential issues pertaining to a scam. I was trying to ascertain if there was a warrant for my arrest. There was not. I verified here and with the county clerk's office. Public records was efficient. Then I needed to cancel and close my account which they made easy using their support feature.
