Says I was paying $1.00 for a public record, but gave me the wrong persons name. Chatted and was told I could close my account to not get charged more. Said I was charged $9.95. Said I would get a check in the mail as a refund. We'll see.

I was trying to find out my legal description lot number in my subdivision for a building permit and thought I was paying $1.00 for the info, Later, I was charged $9.95 and thought I might have accidentally signed up for more than that. I ate the charge thinking I made a mistake. 30 days later, I was charged another $9.95 and found that I had accidentally signed up for a subscription that I did not need. I contacted customer service rep Ashley and she was very understanding and accommodating, canceling the subscription and submitting for a refund for me. This was done in a matter of seconds, Thank you for understanding and helping me fix this.

Surprised with Great Support

I had an ongoing billing being auto-deducted that I did not fully authorize past the initial payment and I contacted their support. What a pleasure support was. Quick, attentive, cooperative... within less than 10 minutes my account had been found, and action was taken immediately to end/remove/stop all billings, and reimburse any/all improper billings. SUPPORT WAS FIRST-CLASS, A-ONE!

I didnt realized I was subscribed to this until two months went by and I was charged each month. I wish they had emailed me something each month saying I was going to be charged and would I like to continue or discontinue subscription. I am on a very fixed income and I could use the money they charged me for those two months. However, it was easy to go only and cancel subscription with you.
