If Rachel's a real person, they deserve a raise, if they're a 'bot, maybe put them on the salary. :)

I came to the website and agreed to a one time fee to pull records, but somehow got signed up for monthly access. I was charged on 02/23 then 03/11 again. Thankfully, the second charge was quickly refunded through the chat, but this company's deceptive practices are highly questionable.
I had a repeat payment over time I didn't notice and they reimbursed me all of it. Very straight forward and helpful.

I paid $5 for important information which was both useful and correct. However, it was not apparent to me that I would be signed up for a $9.95 monthly fee. I asked to be removed from their service, and Gary of customer support said that he would have the charge cancelled and I would see the refund in 3-5 business days. If this happens, then I will be content.
