Carol did a great job assisting me with my issues through chat. I have no voice and am not a good or fast typist, so it was great that I was able to resolve the issue easily.

I chatted in order to have a charge removed and I was helped and the matter was resolved within minutes.

I was getting charged monthly for what was explained as a one time fee. I guess this is what we can expect from companies these days. However, Anthony was super helpful and was able to get my account closed immediately.

The service was helpful, but I didn't realize I was signing up for a $5.00 a month charge, I thought it was a one time service I was paying for. Luckily, after the second month, I caught the transaction. I chatted with Rachel in customer service, and she closed the account for me to ensure there were no more $5 monthly charges.

They processed a credit to my payment account that should be available in 3-5 days. Happy with response. Looking forward to $ back in my account.
