I no longer needed the services and I asked to close my account. VIrginia assisted me and all she needed was my name and email. Account was closed within less than 5 minutes!

Confusing package service charges

The service was helpful, but I didn't realize I was signing up for a $5.00 a month charge, I thought it was a one time service I was paying for. Luckily, after the second month, I caught the transaction. I chatted with Rachel in customer service, and she closed the account for me to ensure there were no more $5 monthly charges.
