I contacted customer service at propertyrecords.com after seeing recurring charges on my account that I did not approve. The live chat assigned me to Debra who quickly pulled up my information and was able to explain the charges. Confirm that I no longer wanted the property records report program and helped me cancel that to avoid additional charges as well as refund the last charge. She was efficient and helpful and I reached the outcome that I expected.

Overcharge for report

I went into Propertyrecords.com to order one report, and it must have signed me up for a service because I was charged $9.95 three times on my credit card. The person I dealt with was very accommodating and made the transaction right for me. This is for a business, and I have to account for every dollar that is spent.
