I was charged a $20 subscription fee on 3/18/26. I was unaware that I had enrolled in any type of subscription. Katherine resolved the issue quickly by refunding the charge and removing the subscription.

Using the property search was very easy and the results were very fast

I went into Propertyrecords.com to order one report, and it must have signed me up for a service because I was charged $9.95 three times on my credit card. The person I dealt with was very accommodating and made the transaction right for me. This is for a business, and I have to account for every dollar that is spent.

I did not realize when I requested info on our property that I was going to be billed regularly for service. With the help of your agent Pam I was able to understand that and cancel my account.

So I did a live chat with Margaret and she helped me get a refund for the extra charges. So it will be 3 to 5 business days before I get my refund. Easy, fast and not expensive to get the info I needed when the county didn't have a good list of all the owners on property search. I needed to verify that I was setting up rent from a legit owner. We are moving from out of state and we wanted to verify the owner was the owner to not have a nasty surprise on arrival or loose 2 months rent to a scammer.

I was able to obtain a report on a property easily and for a very reasonable price. I thought I purchased just the one report, but then saw a charge on my account a few weeks later and when I reached out to customer service, they were extremely helpful and not only helped cancel my subscription but issued a refund without any hesitation. I really appreciate their help and the service they provide.
