From You Flowers didn't deliver my moms flowers on Saturday before Mother's Day. This was due to them unable to reach my mom due to the phone# was typed incorrectly. They delivered my moms beautiful bouquet on Tuesday and gave me a full refund. I thought this was amazing and I will be ordering in the future. My apology to the manager for my F-Bombs over the phone, truly sorry.

I ordered flowers from pro flowers for my wife.
They arrived on time.
But the flowers were not what I ordered, the vase was not what I ordered and the card that I paid $4 extra for was hand written and completely illegible.
I sent 6 emails, I called the number I received in the email from them. I was placed on hold 3 times and finally told they were going to transfer me to another department.
I then was placed on hold again fo 30 minutes.
I called a different number and was greeted by someone who asked for my order#. Then spoke so fast and in such a strong accent I could not understand a word she was saying.
Pro flowers is a complete scam and I will never use them again.
There is a reason they do not have a review section on their website.
In the end, I chalk it up to lesson learned. But costly.
I ended up spending $64 for a bunch of flowers I could have gotten from a gas station for $10.
Do yourself a favor and do not use ProFlowers!
Photos are what I ordered, and what I received.
Also screenshot of time on hold trying to speak with a representative. 1 star because the option of - 1,000 was not available.

Incompetent at best
April 22, 2019

I forgot to order flowers for my mom on time for Easter. Scrambled the internet to find someone willing to send flowers next day on Easter Sunday. No one could, except, supposedly ProFlowers. They charged standard delivery $14.99, plus next day charge of $4.97 and Weekend charge of $4.99 totaling just under $25 just for delivery, not even the flowers. I didn't want to forget my mom for Easter, so it was worth the charge. That is, until there was NO DELIVERY! I called Monday after Easter, was on hold for 36 minutes with no answer. Emailed, after a couple hours, no answer. Called again. Finally got through. Obviously a foreign call center. Could not understand the person. Got someone else on the phone who spoke a little better English. They didn't have florists that delivered in her area (my mom is NOT rural). If they don't have florists to deliver in the zip code, why does the computer online order program even accept an order? They couldn't answer that. They didn't have a florist to deliver flowers in that area but they had no problem charging my credit card IMMEDIATELY upon ordering. I had problems with ProFlowers a few years back and vowed never to use them again. I was in a bind, they appeared to be the only ones who could deliver on Easter, so I thought maybe they can redeem themselves. So wrong! In my opinion, they are a fraudulent company, charging for orders they have no way to deliver. They said they are going to refund my money, issued an email, but we will see. I will definitely dispute the charge once it goes off pending if they didn't refund.

In the past I've had issues with Pro Flowers delivering quality bouquets. They have looked skimpy, kind of beat up, etc.
Just recently I tried to send some Easter flowers. I used ProFlowers only because I had a promo code. Right after placing the order I realized I forgot to enter the promo code, so I called to either have the order modified-- or to simply cancel it.
Their customer service is outsourced to a foreign location, reps have heavy indian accents and unfortunately don't seem to be very skilled with computer use. After 8-10 min phone call they were "unable" to cancel or modify my order that was placed only 5 min. Prior, and they were unable to get me a refund. Now after a pretty frustrating phone call, I'm left wondering... was the order ever cancelled? Will my grandma receive her Easter flowers? Lol. Should I place an order elsewhere? Not very helpful... Lesson learned, next time I'll use somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible company and service! Very expensive and service sucks! I paid extra to have a birthday arrangement delivered next day and it never showed up. Customer Service is horrible, can't understand them and sounds like it is coming from another country. What I could make out the girl sounded like she was in her car with the window open or outside somewhere. I received a whopping $5 credit for my trouble and still no delivery two days later. I could have gotten this order 50% cheaper from 800Flowers and guaranteed delivery. I will NEVER use them again and will NOT recommend them! Do yourself a favor and use 800Flowers

Garbage
March 26, 2019

I ordered 2 dozen rainbow roses. I got 11 roses, wilted and ugly. The prize; one decapitated rose bud, completely smashed and had obviously been flopping around the packing box. What a joke this place is. Now I have to go to the florist, last minute, and pay out my a$$. Thanks a lot, pro-flowers, you suck!

They have horrible customer service and never deliver on time! I paid extra and my flowers were delivered 2 days late. I should at least get a refund for the amount that I paid for same day delivery. Do not use!

I should have read the yelp reviews before I placed an order. I paid extra for delivery on Valentines, they delivered on Feb 15th, no refund for the extra delivery charge. At the same time I ordered an arrangement for a bday present which they delivered 6 days late. The person is home bound so I know they couldn't have tried to deliver on the day their email said they delivered.

Flowers ordered for my daughter's first in January 2019 for Valentines Day did not. They were to be delivered on the 12th of February, but as of the 16th are still not here and i am now stuck in a battle between ProFlowers and UPS. ProFlowers disavows any responsibility for the delay and UPS has as many excuses as phone calls I make. I am now told that I should receive them on the 20th of February but no guarantee. ProFlowers has done nothing to aid in the receipt of the flowers and i am left waiting for flowers that by ProFlowers, and UPS's statements were picked up at ProFlowers on the 11th. NO THANK YOU... BUYER BEWARE. The exact same thing happened on my mothers day flowers... still waiting for those.

Zero stars

Avoid this company like the plague they are. They are very happy to charge convenience fees and additional delivery charges and then do nothing. The flowers were due to arrive on Valentines day. Instead I got to show my wife a photo of the flowers she should have received. Lucky her. Three emails to the email address supplied have gone unanswered, probably because everyone in the Indian call center they use is busy butchering any concept of the actual phrase "customer service". Climbing the fence into the nearest garden center at 4 am with a flashlight and some wire cutters would give you far better results.

I paid extra for valentines delivery. I paid extra for morning delivery. I signed up for text updates and received none. Looking up my tracking info I find out that they wont be delivered till tomorrow because the receiver "was not available" this despite the fact that the delivery was to a building with 24 hours desk staff. No one called the office phone number. Very upset, would definitely not use Proflowers again.

Have not received
December 16, 2018

I ordered the tabletop Rosemary Christmas Tree on 12/09/2018 to have it for 12/13/1018 and as of 12/16/2018, 3:15pm, have not received it yet. Disappointed. Delivery charge, plus a separate shipping and handling fee are too high.

I placed an order and they sent the wrong flowers. I was told they would send another bouquet or issue me a store credit. I tried to place an order today, and no credit on my account. After 1 hour of being transferred to 5 different individuals and being hung up on twice I still have no resolution and not very happy! DO NOT order from this company!

They also delivered a plant to my mother for mother's day plant a week late and it was her last mother's day before she died.if you want flowers on time for special occasions do not use pro flowers

I ordered the smiles and sunshine deluxe. Supposed to cost 39.99. Was charged 59.99 which is the next size up. The first picture shows what I got. The second one what I paid for. Very embarrassing to have sent this as a gift.
