What flowers?
May 14, 2018

This site requires me to choose at least one star but in all honesty, they don't even deserve that. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day 6 days ahead of time and she did not receive them. My response from ProFlowers was, "We are sorry for the inconvenience. We can refund your money." Thank you for ruining my surprise for my mother and making me scramble last minute to figure out something else to do for her. Florists and restaurants were all pretty much completely booked by the time it became evident your company dropped the ball! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered flowers for mothers day. Ordered 3 days early for the day before mothers day guaranteed delivery. Signed up for tracking so I would know when she got them. Got a test that said EXCEPTION unable to deliver because person not home. I immediately contacted my mother. She had been home all day. I called customer service and they apologized and said the soonest they could deliver them would be 2 days after mothers day. By this time the flowers would have been 5 days old. I don't believe this company ever had intentions on delivering them on time, they were overloaded and instead of saying they could not do it, they lied and said they would be on time to make the sale. I will never use this company again.

As a first time customer I ordered the bouquet Laughing Lavender for Mother's Day on Friday May 11,2018 around 12:00 p.m. I had them delivered May 12,2018 they were received close to 4:00 p.m. with No Problems. The bouquet of fresh flowers with the purple vase was absolutely beautiful and a big hit with Mom. Thank you ProFlowers you will have my return business.

Pro Flowers SUCKS.
May 12, 2018

I ordered my wife flowers for Mothers Day to be delivered on Thursday, waited till Friday, nothing... Called 5x spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with India? Bottom line there customer service SUCKS. They said I was refunded, not they double charged me... Its now in the hands of my CC Carrier... I will never do business with a small American company San Diego that outsources there customer service. Why because they know they are fraudulent, try calling the company, phone has been disconnected. Its obvious this company is bull$#*!t, just read the reviews

STAY AWAY!

I ordered flowers for my daughter and my boss (work mom) for Mother's Day! I will never use ProFlowers again. First thing is I was trying to hurry and order the same thing 30 stems of Tulips with vase and box of chocolates, for each one. So sure that's what I ordered but at two completely different prices! One cost $45.97 the other one $61.24, a difference of $16.17. FOR THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT! Secondly, they shipped by UPS we live in the desert, when my boss got her box and opened it upon arrival@ 4:45pm, They looked like they were recycled, limp and very plain. All very pail in color including the leaves and stems. Thirdly, my daughter who lives 10hrs from me has yet to receive her flowers. UPS states that her address is invalid. Hum I send my granddaughter packages through the post office and from Amazon, at the same address.

Very satisfied with ProFlowers. I live in New York my mom in Florida. I sent her flowers on March 12 it's now the 22nd and the flowers are beautiful still. My mom keeps sending me pictures saying how gorgeous they are there so pretty they look fake LOL. Price was very reasonable arrived on time. I will definitely use them again.

The flowers were very sad
February 25, 2018

My niece and nephew sent me flowers for my birthday they were irises and tulips it was a beautiful arrangement except the tulips it seemed to me well oh and they were not opening like they should so I called ProFlowers and they told me that I wasn't doing it right and I told them I read the directions and followed it step-by-step. They did not offer to replace it or anything else so I am done with ProFlowers I didn't tell my nephew because I didn't want to embarrass them. The customer service from this company is not good so don't buy

Ordered Flowers for my Mom for Valentines day. Three days after she still had not received them? Got on line and hit the help button. Talked to someone that told me to call the 800 number. Called the number and stayed on hold listening to them telling me for faster service to go online and hit the help button? Finally got through to someone that barely spoke English and they told me that was the local florists problem. I told them I did not purchase the flowers through a local florist? They then hung up on me. Got online and went to PayPal and disputed the transaction. Then ordered flowers from 1-800-flowers. They delivered same day.

Totally Unethical
February 16, 2018

I ordered two dozen long stem roses for my wife a full day in advance. Order was guaranteed for Valentine's Day. Order never arrived on the guaranteed day and time.
When I called the person on the other end of the phone acted as if it was no big deal. I'm promised a refund but I'm very concerned. They asked would I accept delivery the next day and I responded no way.
The next day a box arrived with a $3.00 vase and a dozen roses that weren't put together. I could have purchased for $10.00. Please stay away.

I ordered 2 dozen roses for my sister's 60th birthday. When they arrived, most of them looked past their prime. All the red roses lost their petals less than 48 hours later and 3 days later there are just 7 out of the 24 that are somewhat intact.
I could have gone to Walmart and got fresher flowers for a fraction of what I was charged. I will never make the same mistake again and will make sure as many of those in my circle are aware of this inferior expensive product.

I don't know why I keep coming back to ProFlowers for my delivery needs! You guys have really become the worst service company in my books. I have made in the range of 6 orders this year and half of them have had problems. I ordered my flowers several days in advance to allow time and not have to pay any up charges for a quick delivery and so forth, my order is expected to be delivered today, they are flowers to be delivered on the persons actual birthday, when the tracking was not updated, I called Customer service and they could not give me any answers, they would not make an attempt to contact UPS to get a status, all that was offered was a refund on my delivery charge and an offer to send a new order by Thursday. That is a disgrace, you use a service provider to expedite your orders, once you hand it off to them you put your hands in your pockets and pay out rather than fix the problem.
So here I am again, stuck with an order that I paid alot of money for that is not being delivered on the day that was requested which is the day that is more important than yesterday, tomorrow, or Thursday. You guys SUCK and I will be doing my reviews on the social media sites and I will add to the negative comments that are already there.
The UPS tracker says it will be delivered tomorrow, that's just great because the flowers will now be several days old before they even get out of the box, it is being delivered to a business and the recipient will not even be there to receive them and I am unable to make a request to deliver them to another address on the UPS site because you can only do it after a delivery attempt has been made.

My mothers 82nd Birthday wanted to have flowers delivered to her. Paid extra to ProFlowers for early delivery along with a greeting card. My mother had no idea whom the flowers were from. Also late delivery. I had to follow up with them twice.

October 30, 2017

Pro flowers sounded like a good idea to send funeral flowers to viewing.
It wasn't when i went to viewing I was disapointed not only were thw flowers not great but the banner that cost extra wasn't even there maybe they didn't expect me to see them.
Then when I tried to complain about the order the couldnt even find the order # but hed no problem billing credit card I have used them before but never saw product till yesterday I was disappointed with what they delivered

Beautiful Bouquet
October 21, 2017

I was delighted (and relieved) to learn from my sister that the bouquet I ordered for her -- and chocolates -- arrived as pictured: a beautifiul bouquet of "100 blooms of Peruvian lilies with pink matallic vase" and yummy truffles. I had read the negative reviews after sending the flowers and so had her send me photos. The flowers were well packed and were fresh when she received them, and they opened up fully almost three days later. I'm very glad I sent the bouquet early -- a couple of days before her surgery. The flowers and chocolates picked up her spirits before the surgery and she had a bouquet in full bloom to cheer her up afterwards.

Seriously?
September 29, 2017

These folks are the absolute worst. I signed up for an account just yesterday in order to place a delivery for a funeral. Going online this morning to set up my account, their website would now no longer take my password. So I requested a link in order to change my password, and they send a link that requires me to SIGN IN SO THAT I CAN CHANGE MY PASSWORD! There's no way to sign in! So I called their service line to check on the status, and their input system won't work via telephone or keypad! So I opt to speak with an operator, and she transferred me via phone to a line that must've been located on the planet Uranus as I could barely hear the person on the other end. Turns out he was requiring me to give my password so that he could verify my order... so it was a complete and utter waste of time. Would NEVER recommend nor use them again.

2 THUMBS DOWN TO PROFLOWERS
September 21, 2017

There is nothing "PRO" about PRO FLOWERS. Every time I have ordered from PROflowers the order is either ruined never delivered or delivered the next day after paying extra. TODAY is the final straw. I will NEVER support company again! I can go to Walmart and get my own flowers and have a much better result for a corner of the cost. Proflowers is a waste of time and money! STAY AWAY!

Used to be great
September 4, 2017

Proflowers used to be a great place to order flowers, they looked great and lasted a really long time. Over times however, they have really lacked in quality. The last few times I have ordered flowers they did not look good and lasted a couple days. Think they have become too big and cant handle it.
