I placed a $29.95 floral Valentine order with a $9.95 delivery charge. I could not find a way to access the total order price and in submitting my payment info found that my $29.95 flowers were now $80.00 and there was not one way to cancel or even go back to review the order. I am pretty sure that I am in some monthly promotion for $12.95 and even tho the options to check these problems out were given they did not respond to commands and defaulted back to the main page instead. I am among the poor and ordering flowers was something I did solely because I am having heart surgery on Valentine's day, my kid's live in Hawaii and I wanted to let them know that I loved them. My experience tells me that this company has set thier website up to take advantage of customers. It is deceptive and dishonest!

This website is a scam
They will sell your information including account information
To web sites which will charge your account monthly!
Ie: IC*freeshipping.com or easy-Saver.Com

They hide the details in a button, and when you accept to purchase flowers,
You are giving accepting memberships to these places which are setup to
Just scam you, take your money..

Be warned
May 4, 2010

Be warned. Do not fall for their free shipping gimmick. They just sign you up for an automatically recurring monthly fee "service" called freeshipping.com. A total gimmick. They ask for your credit card information to 'refund your shipping" and then after you enter it they tell you you'll be charged monthly for some lame "service" you'll never use.

I ordered a panda bear with bambo plant for valentines day. Without advertising there was an extra cost for next day/guaranteed delivery or even asking if I wanted these services, they just charged it in addition to the 12.99 delivery charge. Cost of bear was $40.00, (and after seeing it its worth about $20.00) The charges for deilvery: $26.95. I have complained to no end. The are not hearing me. I read that scam about the free delivery. No deal there.
I will never buy from them again and if your'e smart you won't either!

They suck you in w/ an offer of free shipping, but it comes only with repeat orders, not your first, plus the fee that other reviews mention.

I ordered flowers from proflowers.com last October, and again in December. On Jan. 8th, 2010, I was checking my online banking information and noticed a charge for $14.95 from a company called "Easy Saver." I called the toll-free number on my bank statement, and was informed that when I ordered from ProFlowers, they automatically enrolled me in a program that I had no idea existed, and made a monthly automatic billing from my account for $14.95.

I insisted on having my money reimbursed, and cancelling the so-called 'account.' Finally the customer representative agreed to my demands. However, I checked back through my bank statements today, and realize this charge has been made on two previous occasions, and I failed to take note.

I will call the company on Monday (they are closed on weekends) to demand reimbursement. However, an online search reveals that this company is cheating people in this matter routinely. They need to be stopped!
