Refund not returned
February 12, 2020

By far the worst experience of buying flowers.
After placing a $191 order I noticed fees that was incorrect and canceled 2hrs later.
This was on Feb 5th.
I was told my Money would be refunded.
Its Feb 12 still no refund.
Customer service is clueless and there is a language barrier.
Buyer's stay away from Proflowers.

Have used them in the past with excellent results. However my experience with an order placed on feb 4 was awful. Flowers arrived frozen to recipient. She called customer service and asked that they replace (which they guarantee they will do). The representative seemed confused and so the recipient aske to speak to a supervisor. After being put on hold the same representative (not the supervisor) came back on the line and said they would refund the money, which was not what the recipient or I (the sender) wanted. This was going nowhere, so the recipient got off the line. A week later, there is still no refund. Awful awful service. And did not honor their guarantee

I ordered flowers for my wife on february 2nd for delivery on February 10th. The flowers were never delivered and when called they made no explanation as to why. I will never use this company again and do not recommend them. You cannot understand their customer service people. English is not their first language. I will stick with calling local florists directly.

Screwed up order
February 7, 2020

Don't use these people. They are Asian and don't understand anything or they pretend not to understand. According to them I ordered 3 flower arrangements. I wouldn't have done that. I'm going to be out all this money.

Order for viewing
January 15, 2020

This company is a joke... ordered in plenty of time to have a spray delivered to a viewing that was today. Got email that said would not be able to fill the order... they went on to say. There was no communication from local
Florist. I called the florist myself, they had no problem getting the spray delivered and on time! They kept wanting to offer a delivery to the home and not the funeral home? English was terrible, they did not want to seem to help the situation at all. This is not a customer service based company, may have been at some Point, clearly this company is running through Asian Country. Buyer be ware, don't depend on this company. There are many others out there. Never again!

Ordered flowers a week in advance, received an email today the delivery could not be made until tomorrow. I called customer service, they were no help and difficult to understand. This was an important "get well bouquet," I am very disappointed. The flowers will hopefully arrive tomorrow, a day late. After I got of the phone I used a local, reliable florist, they will delivery today.
I will never use ProFlowers again.

Ordered a "better" Christmas centerpiece for some friends in Florida. Had always used Proflowers to send flowers and arrangements--but had never seen what they delivered--well now I had proof that the floral subcontractors that Proflowers uses are not monitored and they send whatever they want. I complained to Christopher in Customer Service on Dec 23 and he stated he would have the arrangement resent. When I didn't hear from my friends or Proflowers the next day I contacted Customer Service and the time chatted with Jasmine who told me it said in the record they couldn't get it delivered. Well, when I complained on Dec 23 they were still advertising the same arrangement for "next day delivery" on Dec 24. So either Christopher in Customer service is as bad at his job as ProFlowers is at monitoring the florist in Boca Raton or they had no intent on delivery a quality product. Beware this company--it is always best to call directly to the area and find a florist and deal directly with them and ask the recipient to send a picture of what they received. See on the left what they advertised and on the right what they delivered.

Embarrasing
December 9, 2019

Ordered a blooming basket of bulbs for my mom for mother's day and this is what I got. ( see below)
It is December and despite at least 2 phone calls and numerous emails ( of which the first one is the only one that was answered), I still have not received a refund. Can't believe these people are still in business.

Chose not to deliver
December 5, 2019

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. The day of delivery, they claimed that they called, which they never, to tell me about a problem with my order. My order was changed to be delivered 5 days later than requested.

I was told that it was the only option when I ordered. Yet, I PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY!

THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE! DO NOT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS. THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Ordered a bouquet after my sister's beloved dog passed away. I wanted the arrangement to get there asap. My only option was the next day, so I ordered. Got confirmation email the next morning that flowers were out for delivery... then nothing. No delivery, no contact or email from Proflowers.

I had to call, email, chat 5 times (email went completely ignored, chat failed, phone system hung up on me) to get to an agent that was impossible to understand - only to find that the local florist had been closed the day of the order (why was I allowed to choose that day then?). Instead of contacting me and having it sent ASAP the next day, Proflowers did absolutely nothing.

The agent I spoke with gave me the option to resubmit the order or allow me to cancel. They offered absolutely nothing at all to make the situation right. I canceled and will NEVER order from them again.

Exceptional
December 3, 2019

I sent flowers from Michigan to Edinburg Texas yesterday. I am absolutely stunned by the high quality and the beauty of the arrangement that my family member received. This is the second time I've used ProFlowers and I've had great results both times.

Don't trust Proflowers
November 11, 2019

Do NOT trust Proflowers! I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. We waited ALL DAY, having received an email at 6:00 AM saying the local florist was working on the order. NO FLOWERS! I kept checking the order status. It was "In Progress" ALL DAY. I finally called at 5:30 PM. They apologized but they WERE UNABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER. No one called. No one emailed. No one called my daughter -- NOTHING. This was my first and last time and I'm writing this so that you can save yourselves.

I ordered a big, lush bouquet for an elderly relative in the hospital and paid extra for same-day delivery. ProFlowers called me to say that the florist tried to deliver but that the patient, who was there for 3 days, hadn't been given a room yet despite the fact I had given them the room #. Another call later and I was told that the hospital wouldn't allow flowers. Lies given to compensate for the fact that they didn't have the flowers.

A cheap inexpensive bouquet, filled mostly with carnations (and all one color of flowers), was eventually delivered that was nothing like the expensive bouquet I ordered. There was no arranging and everything just shoved into the vase. ProFlowers said they would have a new one delivered first thing today - 4 days later. I asked them to use a different florist and they said they would.

It did not arrive and I called to find out they used the same florist despite promising me otherwise. I cancelled my order and will never use them again.

Poor customer service
October 27, 2019

I used same day prior to cut off time for a birthday today October 26,2019. I recieved the confirmation email at approximately 2pm indicating I would be informed when the delivery occurred today. It never occurred. I call customer service at 1040 pm and what took place was utterly ridiculous. I was first told my card was declined, which I knew wasn't true. Then I was told they had no card information, which didn'tmake since if my card was declined. Then I was told the florist didn't have the flowers. Subsequently, it was my local florist fault because the local didn't communicate they had no flowers, this too made no sense because I live 6 states away from where I was sending the flowers. After I refuted all the lies in detail, the customer service representative hung up on me. That further confirmed he told me lies. I immediately call back. I explain the previous call to a customer service representative and ask was my card charged. I am told yes. I was told this time that my order was never processed by Proflowers. I state, so this was essentially Proflowers fault. I am told yes. I am then asked how would you like us to resolve the issue. I say since her birthday is basically over, refund my money and send a sorry for the delay bouquet. I am met with silence then I am told there are only two ways to resolve this... refund or process order. Why ask? Poor customer service to lie, not admit fault, then pretend to care. There was so much more nonsense that occurred with this experience but I think you get the picture. In the end I recieved my refund and my recipient recieved nothing for her birthday. I can't leave this out. I was asked to complete a two question survey at the end of the call. The customer service representative connected me to a continuous ringing number. I never took the survey. Coincidence. I think not.

Unbelievably poor service. I searched for the best online florists and the article cited proflowers.com as the best same- or next-day delivery. The website gave me several options in the zip code I entered.

I paid $214 to have a wreath delivered to a funeral the next morning and received a confirmation email saying they'd let me know when they delivered the wreath. At about 11:05, I realized I hadn't received a confirmation email, so I called their 800 number.

The "customer service" rep barely spoke English and was incapable of providing answers if they weren't in her pre-written script. After putting me on hold through the duration of the funeral, she came back and said, "Turns out the $214 wreath you purchased will not be available today, and even if we had it, the funeral has already started, so..." as if I somehow wouldn't know that it was too late to deliver to the church. That's pretty much why I called.

I asked when and how I would have learned that the wreath I paid $214 for next-day delivery was delivered. She couldn't answer because it wasn't in her pre-written script; but she was kind enough to inform me that the funeral had already started. Because she offered no solutions (or apologies), I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for another several minutes.

Because we'd totally missed the funeral by now, they offered to let me change the delivery address and a "partial refund" for their complete ineptitude. SERIOUSLY?!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS.COM IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU WANT, WHEN YOU WANT IT. Unless you just have a ton of time to kill and a bottle of Valium.
