This company is the absolute worst. I prepaid for a hotel and had a meeting cancelled and they wouldn't allow me to cancel because I "hadn't spent enough money to warrant a refund", when I asked about cancelling but paying a fee, rescheduling my booking at a later time for a different location, getting the money as credit toward another booking I was told over and over there was nothing that could be done. This is absurd. Other companies, even hotels themselves will allow you to cancel within 24 hours and this was well over 3 weeks in advance. When I asked if I could file a complaint with the company I was told they would "make a note". Needless to say I will not be giving them another dime. Pay more somewhere else- where customer service actually means something!

I went to Miami for a family vacation and decided to use wire for the living situation. When I booked the room over the phone The lady informed me that it was a four star room. When I actually arrived to the room it was a dormitory style room which had 12 people in one room which The lady over the phone forgot to mention Not only did she forget to mention that but she also lied about the rating of the room I immediately called Priceline back and was very upset because I was mislead she told me that they would get me a refund and it is going on 3 weeks and I have still not received my refund yet I would not recommend anyone not even a dog to book thru Priceline because they will lie to you just to get you to book with them and they don't take care of there customers AT ALL!
Thank the good Lord for Priceline. I have been using Priceline since 2009 and I love it. I used it for Hotel, Airfare. Car rental just awesome.
In October 2015 used an Express Deal through Priceline for a 2 1/2 star hotel. This was the highest ratings for hotels for this area. On their website they had 4 hotels with a 2 1/2 star rating(Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc.). Well, the hotel we were given was not even listed on their website. When I contacted them was informed the this hotel was part of their "partner" hotels and that I was unable to change or cancel the reservation. In addition was told I should have read the fine print on the offer screen.
So arrived at the hotel. Can only say I have no way of understanding how this hotel could be rated a 2 1/2 star hotel similar to Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc. You could see light around the door leading to the room.
Needless to say, I will never use the Priceline Express deals again.

I would suggest that you look at the itinerary that you've received from priceline and look for the Airline Confirmation Number (which may be a sequence of letters and or numbers depending on the airline). Then go to the airline's website and look up your flight itinerary. This process also varies by airline, but there should be some menu such as "My Trips" or other itinerary look up option. The airline should be able to find your itinerary based on your name and confirmation number. If your priceline itinerary contains an e-ticket number, you may be able to use that on the airline's website as well. If the airline has your itinerary, you're good to go. You'll be able to check in and get a boarding pass (electronic or print) 24 hours prior to your flight. If the airline has no record of you, then you've got a problem.
