Two shirts were fine but the sweatshirt was printed with the wrong school logo I received credit but it was a disappointment to say the least.

I love the look and fit, but the hoodie started pilling the third time I wore it. I hadn't even washed it yet.
Everything was done well from navigating the website, to ordering, to the ongoing communications, to the timeliness of receiving my order. However, the one area I did not like is how my two items, which were apparel, were squished inside a small bag. I was expecting nicer packaging given the items. I was surprised this wasn't given more care.
