Liked the color and material of shirt. Fit really good. Front printing was great. Back was not good I thought I had to select two numbers under name/99.
So number printed was 05 and should just be 5. The HARVEY name on back was in greyish silver not black. I reced a credit on the shirt because of the 05 number and how you have it listed to order.
I am embarrassed to wear the shirt because the number should be 5 and name in black letters.

Ridiculously high shipping fees. Why can't they send the products to the school and let people pick them up? Products are just average.
We appreciate your feedback Linda. We'll ship orders to whatever shipping address you enter when you place your order, but you would still pay a shipping fee and would have to let the school know that you are having a personal package sent to them.

My husband loved all the shirts I got him for Christmas representing his alma mater. They are very well made & the graphics are super cool! I loved how you were able to customize the colors, placement & sizing of the graphics. I was worried they wouldn't be able to make them, ship them & have them here by Christmas, but they pulled it off. I'm extremely pleased with the items I received! Thanks!

Very shortly after I hit submit order I realized i need to make a change and wanted to cancel the order.
I found a number called immediately, but was told no no no... this was gift for my grandaughter for Christmas, and wanted it to be special i would never get anything from this store again

We ordered apparel for our two basketball teams. They came out nice, shipped fast, but there were a few errors in decal placement on 3 of our pants. We requested reprints and they came quick!.
My order did not arrive on the expected delivery date. I had it sent to where I was for the holidays. When I emailed to see where it was it was still at Spirit Shop and had not been sent. I had to have a relative spend more money to ship it to me because it arrived 10 days AFTER the date it was suppose to arrive. Customer service is a robot if you ask me. No apologies. I should at least have been reimbursed for shipping.
I ordered a jacket and immediately realized I had made a mistake in the logo I requested. I should have cancelled the order, but because it was being custom-made, I assumed some communication could be had (as with the other custom creations I had made for Christmas). I IMMEDIATELY emailed. I was informed the next day via email that the order had been created before anyone checked the email. Now my grandson has the wrong logo. This was my mistake, but it seems like the company should have checked the email for a custom order prior to making it. There was no offer to help the situation.

The t-shirts were fine however, all the lettering peeled off the mesh shirt after a few washes.

Answer: Every indication they are a scam at this time! Place an order, pay for it & no communication from that time on!
Answer: Bc when they screw up they don't own up to it and won't fix it as long as they already have your money! And then when you contact customer service you never get an answer in return like me waiting a month and a half later to hear from the manager when they told me incorrect info when I spent $30 to have it faster then they shipped it at their convenience apparently bc 4 days later the ups finally received the item to ship it overnight
Answer: Hello, Thanks for your interest in Spirit Shop. We carry different brands and sizing may vary by brand. Each garment has its own size chart with product measurements from the manufacturer. We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
