This is the 3rd time that I have ordered and it has been exactly what I wanted. I will continue to ordering from spirit shop.
Jersey arrived on time but I wanted smith on the back but it arrived with 2025. I messaged them and they practically said it was my fault because theyre system automatically prints... i know I put smith on the back because I spent 20 plus minutes trying to decide on the right type of font and placement I wanted... but of course they're system doesn't make mistakes I guess.

Not very pleasant. It took Way Too Long for it to arrive. The is way too high for a T-shirt hoodie. I would say a $25 would be a more reasonable price. I ordered on Sep 12 and it had not arrived by 9/18 and I emailed your customer service team and was told basically I emailed too soon. By the way, USPS has the worst and slowest service of all in this country and I believe you use their service not for reliability and speed. Sorry I am just being honest with you.

We do offer 4 different shipping options to give customers a choice in delivery time. The process of picking apparel, building a design, and checking out was fantastic. The print quality is pretty good (I can't quite say how it will stand the test of time yet). I'm happy there are plenty of options for apparel choices. And the overall price is very reasonable. Shipping was fast. I couldn't expect much more than that. This was my second order with SS and I'm sure it won't be my last.

My product actually arrived early which was a great thing but the one thing in the order that was for me is little tight. Their XL sizing isn't accurate for women with D breast, need a 1XL or 2XL and unfortunately no returns or exchanges. I have ordered school spirit apparel in XL from other companies for myself for in support of my sons high school and they fit just fine.

Cup design came out good. Only issue was a few small chips on the lip of cup.
