I did not love that I had to peel cardboard backing from the embroidered area of the hats that I ordered. That was sloppy and could have ruined the embroidery after it left production. Other than that, the hats are nice.
The website was easy to navigate, with plenty of options and price points. Checking out was simple, and using PayPal made my purchase information feel safe. I'll be ordering again from Prep Sportswear.
I purchased a hat online and received the hat a week later. What I received was very different from the images online when I purchased the hat (the thread on the hat I received was super shiny and font was different). I contacted their Customer Service but was informed they don't issue refunds but they offered to replace the hat. The problem is that doesn't resolve my issue as the replacement hat would also look different from the images on their website. When you rely on website images for a purchase what you receive should look exactly like what you ordered. Buyer Beware!
