I was shopping around to find a better price for my dogs medicine. My sister recommended PetCare RX. When I searched their website for the medicine the website was very user friendly and the price was awesome! I called instead of placing the order online because it stated "low stock". The customer service team was very helpful, respectful, and couteous. She answered all my questions with confidence and put any uneasy feelings I might have had away. Because I was a first time customer, she gave me 50% off my membership fee on top of my much lower price for the medicine! I answered a couple of quick and easy questions and she had me signed up and set up my autoship! Within a couple hours, they obtained my vet approval and I got my shipping notification with tracking! Super efficient, friendly, and reasonable prices. I love PetCare RX and wonder why I did not use them sooner!
Wow, is all I can say. I had an issue with another online vet supply company for my prescription diet for a dog of mine. The other company claimed Purina was out of stock on their prescription diet food and other products, and there was no timeline as to when they would be back in stock, but I quickly found out this was false information. Pamela, a customer rep from PetCareRX came to the rescue, explaining that they had plenty of stock on my required prescription pet food. She gave me a ton of incredible information about their company and what they provide to customers to save money, which I took full advantage of! Pamela's thorough explanations and detail gave me confidence that this company will be the one I use for all four dogs from now on. Unbelievable customer service, ease of site use, organization of their site and products offered. I can't believe I had not heard of them before. I am a PetCareRX customer for life! Thank you Pamela, for your expertise, professionalism and kindness throughout our transaction!
I have ordered a specific brand of dog food on several occasions from this retail website. One bag had a strange stale odor but the expiration date was within normal range. I contacted PetCareRX about this issue as my dogs became reluctant to eat the food. They pretty much blew me off and said there wasn't anything they could do as the food was not expired. I thought that was pretty weak as I know all they would need to do is contact the manufacturer to get a credit for a replacement bag of food. I thought I would try PetCareRX one more time and ordered another bag of food. Once again, the dog food smells funny and there is no expiration date on the bag. I contacted the manufacturer and PetCareRX about the issue this time. The manufacturer looked up the lot number and said the bag was nearing expiration and sometimes the food can go bad early. They said it doesn't happen often but can occur. They suggested contacting PetCareRX for a new bag since I didn't but it directly from a brick and mortar store or their website to get a replacement bag. I contact Pet CareRX and PetCareRX has a supervisor call me back to say there is nothing they can do since the food is not past the expiration date and basically they don't really care if I feed my dogs spoiled food which will make them sick. The supervisor proceeds to tell me to contact the manufacturer directly, which I have already done, and gives me a wrong phone number for the manufacturer. I call the supervisor back and was told she was in a meeting and will call me back which I doubt will happen. Really stupid and inept customer service which burns customers! I will be writing reviews on this company on every platform possible as this kind of stuff should not happen!
Pet care RX reached out to offer me a free 1-year trial of pet care RX Plus. I accepted. First order went fine. Received my discount. Second order? I was charged $15 more than I would have paid full price elsewhere and was told for the free trial you only get two pets. I ordered for a different pet. Their solution I said they could have warned me before they charged me all of that? Well, you can join again whenever you'd like! Thanks Miles. Second time they offered me a free trial it said the communication was from the owner. I accepted and explained what happened - it was not the owner. Customer service again. Next order went the same as the first, even though I put the right pet name. With the added benefit that they couldn't ever find my account because it was on a different email (I told them the email - they still couldn't find it and acted like I was making it up!). The third time, they couldn't get the communication from another vet that my prescription was okayed in my pet has now been waiting a month. When I went to check on the order today it showed I had no account! BUYER BEWARE!
I always shop my dog's meds. The last place I got the pills wanted too much money and gave me a 10 percent discount code which did not cut it. I found Petcarerx.com was running 25 percent off and then after a search found a promo code for 30 percent off. They will contact you by email or phone to give you the opportunity to get a subscription with them for discounts but I am not loyal to anything but the best price when I need something so I passed on it. Ordered the stuff on a Tuesday and it arrived at my doorstep on Friday. Very pleased.
Your customer service rep Pamela Madonna was a joy to work with! I had partly filled out my order online but then had a couple questions so I called the 800# and she took over answering my questions and completing my order even helping me get set up for auto renewal. Pamela is a true asset, you can tell she takes pride in her job and the company she works for representing them in a friendly professional manner.
Annette was so kind and helpful. She clearly is an animal lover and could relate to my need to get the prescription diet as soon as possible for my elderly kitty. Great customer service with knowledgeable dedicated reps at PetCareRX!

Spent over $3000.00 accumulated $119.00 is points. Tried to use them was more money than not. Points are not real.
I cancelled my membership/subscription for my dog on 4/10/23 by contacting and communicating via email with customer service for my dog who passed away in March. They sent me two emails asking how they did for customer service and continued to send me emails with suggestions for my dog. Fast forward to today and I am charged to renew my subscription $105.83,which was in the past renewing in June. Beside the point because I already cancelled my membership/subscription on 4/10/23 and they agreed to cancel and said sorry for the loss of my dog. I also on 4/10/23 removed my credit card from the website, so I'm not sure how they billed it. I called customer service today and let them know I was billed fir the membership/subscription and they said they would reimburse me, and said again, sorry for the loss of my dog, but why am I having to do all this and reach out again? This should have been taken care of.
Web site does not have accurate product display, and I was sent the wrong dog food. I called but in order for me to return the 2 cases of food, I would need to pay for the shipping.
Also, this order was a prescription, and if they called the vet for verification, the vet would not approve what they sent. My vet only approves what is on my prescription.

All I wanted was a replacement bag for my brand new bag of 30 lb dog food that I just purchased from them. I have been using them for months. I opened the bag and there was yellow meal moth worm on the food. That evening I reached out to them, a few days had gone by and no response. Finally after a few emails I received a response and they asked for a picture. I totally get wanting a picture. However, my main concern was finding food for my dog that morning, throwing the bag away and still making it to work on time. I have reached out to them a total of six times and still not received a repsonse. They do not answer their live chat- it just disconnects you automatically. They do not answer their phone and they just do not respond to a single email. I absolutely do not want a replacement bag. All I want is a refund as I have found another supplier. It was a wonderful service, but their customer service is absolutely awful.

I originally had placed an order for Heartgard but our vet wouldn't approve the order until we had our pup seen for his regular checkup. I'm fine with that and I understand. I received an email from Megan Clapp about this and she also called to assist. I decided to change my order and purchase Tick and Flea protection, instead of Heartgard, for now. Megan was very helpful in getting this done and reached out to me immediately to complete the order. We completed this over the phone and a confirmation email was sent to me. Thank you Megan for your knowledge and assistance and kindness. This is a great company who hires great people.
Petcarerx offered me a membership a month ago. I have been ordering cat food and dog food several times prior to my last order. When you place an order, the member ship price shows you the total in your cart. The discounts are automatic and very clear to read. 10 days after I placed my order, I still did not have a tracking number. I sent an email asking where my order was. I received two separate emails stating that they canceled several of my items in the order and that they gave me too much of a discount (not my problem that their website showed me a different price). Instead of calling me, they decide to raise the total price of my order significantly. I called and stated I did not give them permission to charge my credit card any more than what my invoice stated. They very professionally should have called me and got in contact with me if they were not going to honor the price that is stated. I have copies of everything. The representative basically said, "it's too late, we have already processed". Seriously!?!? I will be contacting my credit card company immediately after leaving several reviews and I will dispute it. Just beware! Do your homework and read all of the reviews that people are leaving. I am not the only one.
The items i ordered arrived in 4-5 days, everything looked great. Their prices are in-line with other providers, but they ship right to my door. They have a great selection, and i'm able to kill fleas on all my pets effectively. They sell quality products at reasonable cost. Very satisfied.
We have a 1x/month rx medication for my dog. This month they charged us and sent us TWO! We did not ask for 2 to be sent, nor did our vet write a script for 2 a month!
Our money is tight. My husband lost his job, our water heater broke and we have a leak in our roof. So losing $32 out of our back without our permission HURTS us A LOT!
When I called regarding the problem they said they would send us a return label and when they receive it we would get our $32 back in 4-5 days!

I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm moving our RX to Chewy immediately. Chewy knows how to treat it's customers. Chewy sent me flowers when my cat died and credited me for all the cat food I had left and suggested we donate it to a charity. That is the customer service I want to deal with.
