Whether I'm buying Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, or just household items I need, I've found what I need here. The customer service has always been friendly and helpful. They've always answered pretty quickly (giving them grace during holiday times). The prices ARE higher but, it's the same concept as leasing an item from a store. There's always an upcharge for a "loan". I've genuinely never had a bad experience and I will keep using it.
I lost my job when I was paying for my first item. I spoke with the customer service and they worked with me and allowed me to still pay it off when I could, and continue to get items. 10/10
Tanner for the win! Ok so I've never had a problem getting my orders from Perpay until just recently as their is super easy & they ship fast but this last order presented a bit of a challenge. Let me say this just as I was going to give up because 2 previous representatives didn't seem to be able to help Tanner jumped in and saved the day. He was able to look at my excellent payment history & ship my order immediately without any issues. It's people like Tanner that go above & beyond for the customer that work hard at being a good customer. Perpay works if they continue to have people like him working with them!

I love the convenience of ordering setting the payment and it coming right from my paycheck. No missed payments and my credit score is up by 33 because of the service.
The direct deposit was not applied to my credit card balance. After noticing this I contacted customer support, and within half an hours time, the issue was resolved.

It took over 5 weeks to receive my TV and once I finally did it was broken! Now I have to submit a claim meanwhile they are still taking money out of my paycheck this service is aweful!
This is an awesome company. Granted I started with a 500$ limit it quickly grew to 2000$ they have a great but semi limited selection of stuff to choose from. That's my only complaint about Perpay I wish they had a bigger selection of products. Customer service is great

When you have any issues the customer service is nearly impossible. Text or email only. No human being and difficult to get FULL ANSWERS to questions. Items are great but service is weak at best

I have been using Perpay for a few years now. It's a great way to build good credit history and being deducted from the paycheck makes it very convenient to not miss a single payment. The prices are a little on the high end but in the end they're giving you a line of credit when no one else will and allow you to pay off in 12 payments if desired. I started out with an $250 credit and has increased to $1750, plus I was able to qualify for an actual credit card through them that I can use anywhere and haven't had a single problem with. Any issues I have come across have been addressed quickly and accurately. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I just want to say that perpay has been great all the years I've been doing business with them. I want to specifically give a shout out to sienna, who's been helping me with my questions and issues since last week! She assured me even though FedEx was going through issues that she would help me the best way she could. I love her timeliness, she always responds so fast. Give her a raise lol!
