I absolutely love prepay. There are lots of amazing products to choose from, shipping is fast and payments are easy to manage being that it comes from payroll. Prepay even improved my credit the app is great. I would recommend adding more "children" items like coats or other wearable items

It's been days and I can place an order or apply for the credit card because you can not call and talk to a person for a quick fix everything has to be done online and it's taking way too long just to fix something probably simple. About to just delete the app and spend my money elsewhere if it's not fixed.

I had ordered a pink hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas and it ran out while waiting for my deposit through my direct deposit. Customer Service immediately contacted me and told me and ask me to order a different one to replace it and thank God there was at least a gray one and they immediately pushed my order through and I'm very thankful!
I have been with prepay since 2018. They have worked with me so much and really care. I lost my job a few years back and they worked with me to ensure I was able to keep my account and avoid late fees. They respond quickly to emails and ensure a great customer service experience.
Great communication and response time was also wonderful.
I love I don't have to worry about making my payment on time. It's nice to buy and then it comes out automatically.
They give you a credit limit in which you cant even use up to the limit they give you. I got approved for1200 and of the 1200 i was only allowed to use 250. Even after a few payments were made on what i ordered it still wouldnt sllow me to order anything else. Why tell me my limit is 1200 when its not. It eas really only 250. Had i known i could only use 250 only of the 1200 i would have nvr ordered anything at all. I got a Nike hoodie abd try to get the matching jogger pants but was only able to get the hoodie smh… so much for matching set i wanted!

I had awesome customer service experience from the customer service agent named Tanner. They helped me out so much and had great customer service skills.
I had an unusual issue with my Perpay marketplace not allowing me to do active shipping. I tried reaching out and creating a ticket. Will picked up my ticket and did nothing but piss me off and not listen to anything I was saying. He definitely shouldn't be in customer service, especially not resolving the ticket and leaving me on read only to leave for the day and leave me beyond frustrated. However Francis picked up my ticket, understood what I was saying and came to a resolution to help me and resolve the issue completely. I was days away from just closing this account out because of how pissed I was. So thank you Francis for being the prime example of how customer service should go and helping me find a resolution.

Awesome customer service. Perpay has been a no hassle way to shop and makes it possible to get the high end products you want with the option to pay over a period of time that allows you to make it possible without having to pay the whole price up front. Also helps to build your credit score while doing so.
Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
