I keep getting feedback but nothing is being done about replacing my order with another pair ofwonen nike joggers. I emailed the order number last week. Please credit my refund to my marketplace acct so that I can order something else. Thanks.
Product delivery quick, contacting customer service with an issue is not hard and responses are in a timely manner.
Per pay has exceeded my expectations! They are quick when it comes to shipping my items! Credit goes higher as well! Love that I came across this app!
I have been with Perpay a little over a year and the products are severely overpriced. Every item is already priced higher than the store. Most of the items are discontinued from retailers and have clearance prices online but are almost double on Perpay. They also charge extreme shipping fees. You will be charged around $20 for EVERY item. I ordered 4 items totaling $500 and was charged $70. You have no shipping options. High ticket items are sometimes $500-$1000 more than the retail prices. Be sure to compare the prices online before you buy.

Love using the app to order and have a credit card but it can be frustrating sometimes. I thought that once I updated my new order it will get here before Christmas but I was wrong. Other than that great way to order with
I have been a PerPay customer for a few years. After explaining the defect with an item I bought from them, they quickly agreed to replace the item. I will continue to utilize PerPay as my provider for high ticket products I could not otherwise afford at this point in time.
So I just ran across this site\app let me tell you this is awesome for someone like my self that lives paycheck to paycheck and enjoys big ticket items that I can't afford to go to the store and drop a 1000$ at one time this is a very good business and it gives me the freedom

I love the flexibility of shopping with perpay. The only negative have is the shipping costs seem extremely high. Other than that I love it!
No I have not enjoyed my service with Perpay. I have tried for days to get in contact with customer service about my order. Yes I made a mistake and put my email in wrong. All I get is I can't give you any information. I want my items shipped or a refund. I am beginning to think Perpay is a scam.

Needed to update some information dealing with my job payday!
I have been a customer at prepay for going on 3 years now. Because of this company I was able to give my children the gifts that I wanted to give them but couldn't afford to pay all at once and for that I like to thank them.
I had a first experience with perpay where my payroll accidentally deposited the wrong amount of funds into my perpay account. The amount was a lot more than what I expected to deposit. The perpay team notified me immediately that they received more than I set up for them to receive. They worked fast to resolve the issue and they returned my over payment to my bank account immediately! They were honest and quick to respond to me and they. Notified me even before I was aware this happened. They were so fast and efficient and honest! I will definitely recommend them to everyone and I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future!
I had a hiccup with my order where my employer sent my entire paycheck instead of the requested amount and within moments of the over pay hitting Perpay service team was calling and emailing to correct the overpayment. They have been extremely helpful in correcting this error as quickly as possible
Placed order for tires, crook pot, and remote control kids cars still have not received crook pot I don't know if I am being charged for those tires that were canceled agent did help me order more but fedex put them on the side walk with no name or covering and I never received I have questions thy need to be answered and sending message is becoming overwhelming

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
