I have money in my Perpay account to shop! But all of the orders I place get cancelled. I don't owe anything at all!
The services are great the only problen is sometimes the credit card acts a little wacky with declining transactions then you have to wait 8 hours to try to use it again

I had an issue with having my order shipped prior to a direct deposit since I qualified for instant shipping and was under my limit. I reached out to the team and they were able to verify and quickly resolve the issue.

I placed an order and I was told that it qualified for Active System. Well sadly the system must have made and error. I contacted support and associates Dan and Tanner were simply amazing! I have been a loyal customer and they were able to get my order shipped! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your great customer service. I will remain loyal customer.

Man … where do I start! From things you want to things you need from dad to mom all the way down to the babies. This is an amazing service they provide! I used it first to splurge a little but I was able to get a drone and a tablet for the little one and all we have to do is set up direct deposit and I am worry free! I love it so much! I only wish I had a higher credit limit to get some bigger items BUT all in all my family loves it!

I tried it and loved it. I was able to get the TV I wanted and did not have to do RTO and pay 3X the price. The pricing is fair. Some items the weekly is a little steep but you do not have to pay out in 2 years like RTO and this is not a lease you Own. Support is awesome and if your Employer is not listed and you can setup multiple accounts in direct deposit get over to PerPay they are a good company

I had a better review for you guys, but you guys messed it all up. I updated all my information and you guys still manage to mess it up now I have to wait two more weeks in order to get what I need at this point I don't even want it anymore.

Hi I am very thankful for this program not only am I able to Buy What I need, but also build credit. I must say the customer service is top tier! If you're needing something and you work, and Sometimes we don't have all the funds to buy something full price and you need something might as well buy it here with perpay. I highly suggest you use this program to also get what you need and also build your credit!
I would stay away from this app honestly i did 2 orders and paid them off on time and they refuse to let me do anymore and the customer service is TERRIBLE!

My experience with perpay customer service was phenomenal. They were speedy to respond to my emails, very thorough and protected my personal information with concern and care. It is because of that I will continue shopping with perpay.
I ordered several products and they have the best shipping timing and great customer service.
While it's super easy to get approved for anyone who's credit isn't good the products are mediocre. The interest and shipping rates are crazy high! If you can use another avenue I'd recommend that.

When I first started Perpay, I went in thinking I probably won't use it that often. Fast forward 3 plus years and they have saved me almost every important occasion. From Birthdays to Anniversaries to Christmas. And when you have teens that want high end products, Perpay was one place I could count on.
When I first got this perpay+ service it was for my small business venture. I had purchased a laptop with a credit line of $1k. Meanwhile, that got paid off quickly! However, my line of alleged credit was never reported to any of the three credit agencies. Secondly, they offered me a credit card but you can't be self-employed(Small Business Owner). Thanks for the laptop though! Overall, I don't really have anything good to say about Perpay+...
