Amazing app for those of us who don't qualify for a traditional credit card, better than a credit card you see the interest your paying up front in the price.
I feel like they take you through a lot. I feel that if i already have an open direct deposit I shouldn't have to go through yet another direct deposit I'm currently waiting on a device that I ordered months and was approved for months ago when all they had to do was update my amount on there end…but yet I'm still waiting.

Best customer service experience I ever had. I always get the help I need when I reach out to customer service at per pay
I've been a good customer and was recently deceived buying some items that look nothing like the picture and description. I put in a ticket with customer support because that the only stupid way to get a hold of anyone. Well 2 weeks later, I've gotten one response from a Kevisha who said she refunded me but it was for a previous item that was already returned and refunded by the original very helpful rep Kylie. This Kevisha didn't bother reading my issue obviously and I'm sitting here sending messages everyday with no response. I have multiple tickets in and no reponse from anyone. It's absolutely ridiculous at this day in age the only way to contact anyone is by putting in a ticket for them to ignore. Why have a job if you aren't doing your job?

Prepay is wonderful. I am able to buy the new products and have enjoyed everyone of them have not had a problem at all with any of the items that I have bought. Easy payment and is deducted right from my paycheck
I was 30 days late once and they reported it twice. I'm assuming they're gonna do it a third time. Don't do it unless you really need or want something

For some reason, I can't pay my MC with my bank account? I don't understand
They were able to apparently verify my identity but I still cannot place an order. I'm finding it difficult as i was trying to order a watch that is very expensive without this service.

Indeed helpful with credit building and buying items I want
I have been trying to get a response back from the support team about the Apple Watch that I didn't receive it's supposed to been delivered on the 19 and today is April 27,2025. So that they can contact fed x to help with the investigation, so I'm going to remove the payment until I get the item that I'm paying for.

It's kind of hard speaking with someone on per pay it would be a way better app if you would have live help when issues happen.

Some times. Prepay has been strict and confusing but over all it's been very helpful to me in many ways

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
