They were able to apparently verify my identity but I still cannot place an order. I'm finding it difficult as i was trying to order a watch that is very expensive without this service.

I have been trying to get a response back from the support team about the Apple Watch that I didn't receive it's supposed to been delivered on the 19 and today is April 27,2025. So that they can contact fed x to help with the investigation, so I'm going to remove the payment until I get the item that I'm paying for.

It's kind of hard speaking with someone on per pay it would be a way better app if you would have live help when issues happen.

I've been using Perpay for a while now, and I've had a great experience so far. The site is easy to use, and getting approved was quick and simple. I've bought a few things from them, including a Nintendo DS bundle, a YSL perfume, and a couple more items and everything arrived in good condition and on time. What I like most is how convenient the payment process is. The automatic payments taken from my paycheck make it stress-free, and I don't have to worry about missing due dates
Package was opened hope all parts are there and delivery driver was not liking his job. Dragging my package across driveway hope it is not damaged

My overall experience with Perpay has been positive. I genuinely appreciate their services and am satisfied with the platform's convenience and functionality. However, I believe there is significant room for improvement in terms of expanding their marketplace by incorporating a wider variety of retailers
So far, I really enjoy the overall experience! I have put in requests for certain products. We will see if/when they get them. For the credit situation, it does what it says. You make good on paying back, they make good on reporting your positive activity!

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
