I placed an order for cologne for my husband and my sons as Christmas gifts. When I received my order is was incorrect. I contacted Perfume.com and was told I needed to send photos of the box for order came in, packing slip and the items that weren't sent BEFORE I would receive a shipping label to return the incorrect item. I didn't all of that and waited another day for the shipping label (I had to contact Perfume.com again). I finally received the label and mailed the item back. Now I must wait for the package to be received before I can get my correct order. Seems backwards but in the end I missed out on Christmas gifts for my family and no compensation was provided to me for their error…just some crap email with the standard "sorry". I've purchased from this company before but not sure I will again.
I am so happy with my purchase. Great price, speedy delivery and to follow up with me to make sure I receive my purchase is over and beyond great customer service. I definitely will be ordering more from this company

My mom is sick and this is the last Christmas I am going to have with her and the only thing she wanted was her favorite perfume that I couldn't find, but I found it here, well my card got declined and I called and I was upset and I was short with the guy but I had found it somewhere else and had them cancel my order, well I called back to tell the man I was sorry for being short with him because I am not like that and I was wrong, so all was good except the company has multiple websites under different names and the one that I had placed the second order with is actually this company or they have the same company do there orders, so the charge goes thru my credit card fine but then they reversed the charge and when I called basically laughed and said they couldn't help me sorry, which they had did it on purpose I called my card company and they said they had cancelled the charge, so that means that my mom here last Christmas won't get her gift now till after Christmas, I wanted so bad for her to have her gift Christmas morning and that is all I can afford, so this time I did I told him that he made me sick for laughing for ruining my some woman who raised me as a single mom on minimum wage, did not without to try give me everything she could and never let it show how stressed I know she had to be all the time, so like anyone would be I was upset because when I say I was short with him the first time that's all I was was short, I wasn't rude I wasn't mean but short and I am not like that so that's why I called and apologized, and I had no idea they had anything to do with the second company so there was no motive other than wanting to apologize, but the second time when he laughed about making my order cancel yeah there was no excuse for that and I have placed two more order online and they continue to do the same thing. I hope nobody does that to them, ruin someones mother's last Christmas just to be spiteful and the reason why I was short the first time was I thought he was being smart but I thought no I was just thinking that about that poor man, well I was right, I will never be able to change having nothing for my mom our Last Christmas. You can look me up, whatever you will see I am a good person, I have been a first responder since I was 18, had the privilege of saving many life's and to have someone be spiteful and with something that means so much, I have never done anything spiteful or anything not when someone intoxicated has spit in my face when I was trying to help them, I turn the other cheek always gave every person I came across care like they were my loved one and when something like this happens it's like what is the point in being caring and good to every person you come into contact with but I am glad that thats natural and I couldn't be any other way instead of a mean spiteful person, that's would be horrible to have a heart that enjoyed bringing upset and hurt to others

I'm a senior and handicapped wasn't expecting the kind of container it came in. No info about if it's refillable or not how to open. Bought a similar product much cheaper from a different vendor.

Has not been delivered yet. Was informed that it was out for delivery but it never arrived. Not sure if it got misdelivered or of something else is wrong. Was told to wait an additional 48 hours for delivery but it's still not here.
