I have paid a 14 day full access plan yesterday, but can't upload a doc- it redirects me to the choose plan page.

I had just received a notice from my credit card company that I had been charged for an annual subscription to this product. When I used their conversion service once, I didn't realize I was automatically signing up for a full year's subscription. I immediately opened the chat link this company provided, and the lady quickly took care of everything. I had already canceled my subscription on their website, but she was able to issue a refund immediately. I was worried that I would run into resistance, but what I received was help. What a relief and happy surprise!

I spent almost an hour trying to unsubscribe from PDFSimpli. In the meantime, I received an email asking me to chose the "Extended Access" plan. I think this imposition on my time and clearly stated intention to cancel is terrible customer service and poor business practice.

Un audio de mas de 5 horas me lo transcribio completo y obviamente me inscribi al plan pero al otro dia con el mismo archivo ya no quiere transcribir porque dice que maximo 20mb

En algunos casos, el sistema puede procesarlo una vez, pero al volver a subirlo el archivo puede superar el límite permitido.
Una posible solución es dividir el archivo de audio en partes más pequeñas (menores a 20 MB) e intentar subirlas por separado para completar la transcripción.
