If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a blanket, my dog refused to lay on it. It smelled so strong of chemicals. I contacted to return it. First that took them 3 days to respond. I sent back on December 10th and they received it December 13th. I have tracking number showing where it was delivered and signed for by them! They have not refunded my money at all. I have called them several times, left countless emails, messaged on FB and sent several emails! NO ANSWER! They never call you back, agents are never available! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY A HORRIBLE AND JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!
I TRIED CONTACTING THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. CALLED THEM AS WELL AS EMAILED THEM. ONLY OPTION FOR CALL IS TO LEAVE PHONE NUMBER FOR RETURN CALL. DONE THIS TWICE BUT NO RETURN CALL EVER RECEIVED.

I paid through Amazon Pay $155.40...! Amazon Pay says I wouldn't be charged until my order ships... wrong. I was charged the very next day. PAW.com has a phone number... but nobody answers. They tell me to leave a message with all my information and I would receive a call back... nope! I've gone through that routine 5 times and no return call. So I try to email them asking where is my order or at least an estimate when it will ship... and why the heck was my charge put through as if it had shipped? I receive a form letter with absolutely no information. Oh, and when I try asking Amazon to contact Paw.com I get a message from Amazon telling me their request came back as UNDELIVERABLE.
Running a business like this is fraud. I'm left with no alternative but to call Capital One and tell them what this business is doing.
Sure wish I had checked out this feedback page before ordering... I wouldn't have ordered that's for sure!

I I ordered a dog bed 2 1/2 weeks ago… Still have not received any shipping information all it says is waiting for details and I had to download some app called Shop in order to track.… I've tried calling with no success and now there is a automatic response that just says "goodbye". I have emailed multiple times and just get a canned response. Now looking at all these reviews I am frustrated and worried that I just spent $150 for nothing, will I even get my dog back?

I purchased 2 beds from here and when I received them only 1 was correct. As well, the tracking number they gave me didn't work. It kept saying that the site does not exist. So I emailed them asking for a new link and they never responded. Then when I did get the beds I tried emailing them again with pictures for proof that I got the wrong bed but they never responded. I even tried calling and they never picked up either. There was only one time that the phone rang through and they still didn't pick up. Their customer service is a joke. When I tried submitting a return in hopes that I can just return the wrong bed and get a refund; they were going to take sale taxes and a discount off the amount! I paid $209 for the bed WITH tax ($8.36) and they were going to keep it while also taking off an extra $41.80 for a discount. That makes no sense, I would have only gotten $175.56 back even though it was their mistake. My advise, don't purchase from this site. It is not reliable at all. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought from here.

This is my second purchase from Paw. I originally ordered two King size waterproof throws. That purchase went fairly seamlessly although there was slow processing. The blankets themselves seemed nice at first but now I am 4 washes in and the seams have split down the side of both blankets. Back to my second purchase and why I'm leaving negative feedback. I only ordered from them again because my mother had her heart set on a blanket like mine despite me informing her of the poor quality. It's the only thing she wanted as a birthday/Xmas gift so I bought one. I knew the package would most likely not get to me by Christmas but I thought for sure before the New Year. No such luck. In fact, not only has it not arrived but apart from a confirmation that they were paid, I have no information from Paw.com at all. I have reached out twice now via email and received no response, I have called twice to speak to an employee and both times I have gotten a recording saying there is no one to take my call and to leave a message so they can get back to me. I have left a message but still never received a call back or an email and all the while my purchase still has not even made it to be shipped. The last few days I have tried to use their online chat, but of course no matter what time you try it…there is nobody home. So now I have left a message there as well.
At this point I have asked them to just cancel my order so I can be done with their "service" or lack there of. I would NEVER recommend this company to any pet owner, friend or not. What a terrible experience.

I ordered a king size throw. They sent the wrong size and I was able to reach someone for an exchange. They sent the wrong size a second time and now no one answers the phone or responds to emails. I called and emailed and no response. Don't order from them.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a waterproof blanket right after Christmas as part of a sale. Never got a confirmation e-mail but the money came out of my account immediately. I've tried the support email and their 800 number which goes straight to voicemail. As far as I can tell this is a scam and I'll be disputing the charges through my bank.

I bought two of their beds, the runner and the original. I was going to write a review on their website, but when I tried to filter the reviews to see anything below 5 stars, nothing shows up - so I suspect they hide them and decided to come here. To be clear, my dogs love these beds and they look cool, but for the price, the quality is terrible. Everything is fine until you have to wash them. I do so according to instruction and they do not hold up in the wash (which is a necessary feature for a dog product that will inevitably get stinky). The black material that makes up the bottom of the bed disintegrates in the wash and leaves black specks all over your machine, on the floor, and embedded into the fur portion. After three washes the cover was so gross and gunky with the black specks that I had to throw it away. Additionally, the fur becomes less soft and more matted after every wash. I have blankets from Pottery Barn (or some ilk) that have the same vibe and feel as the Paw.com cover and have washed those things countless times without compromising the quality of the faux fur - so there is no excuse. Now I am in the weird position of having this foam bed, but no cover, and I am not sure if I want to buy a replacement cover because I know after owning two of these things that it is just defective in general. I haven't tried contacting customer service, to be fair.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I can't even say horrible customer service because there is absolutely no customer service. They completely ghosted me. Took my money and then nothing. However, they have a very strong social media presence. I've reached out on social and they keep deleting my comments as they have which a lot of other people. Worst company ever!

Terrible experience so far. Ordered a blanket 3 weeks ago and received an email with a tracking number stating that it had shipped. Was supposed to receive on 12/27. When it didn't come, the UPS tracking site said "Delayed" and I have not been able to get any other information. Customer service has been unreachable, either through phone or email. I strongly suspect that this product never shipped and that the product is on backorder. I feel that this was presented dishonestly on the website and with the email I received telling me that it had shipped. If it's not in stock, please don't waste my time and money!

I bought my 2nd dog bed. The first one last year has been great. This year, the bed had creases and did not "fluff" out. The creases should not be there and you can feel them through the fur pad and it is bad for my small dog's ankles as the surface is not flat. I contacted customer service through the support email on their website and included pictures showing the issue, got a case number, and no response after 2 weeks. I emailed 2 more times, called their phone number over 5x, no answer, left messages, no call backs. Posted a question and direct message on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. No response. Their products are supposed to be under warranty for these issues and the item was brand new. However, cannot get ahold of customer service after multiple attempts so warranty is useless. Need to contact my bank/credit card for a disputed charge/fraud.

I haven't heard from them since, despite multiple attempts to contact via email & phone.
Today I clicked on the "View Order" link in that email and was redirected to a landing page saying the site is no longer available.
