I ordered two waterproof blankets and then an orthopedic bed. Happy with everything: delivery, quality, price. I decided to get a second dog bed and the order arrived a short time later. This last bed was not at all the same quality as the first bed. My dog won't go near it. It is flat and not comfortable at all, compared to the first bed it is less than half of the thickness. I have left two phone messages and two emails over the last couple weeks with no response. Writing this negative review was my last option. Would have rather had someone contact me.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I ordered 2 extra large blankets and I still haven't recieved them after 10 business days (which is what it states on the website). I haven't recieved any emails from them other than an order confirmation email the day I placed my order. I've called the 1-800 number multiple times, left voicemails and sent emails with no response. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing especially since these blankets aren't cheap! It's horrible cusotmer service and a terrible way to run a business. I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

So far I have not been able to get through to someone either. I purchased 1 blanket (order #******* for "Joel C" of PAW.com who keeps replying to these complaints here telling others they have not "given enough information") which came pretty fast BUT... Upon ordering, I noticed the receipt stated "Holiday Bonus - $30 gift card with order confirmation" so thought that was pretty cool. Bummer though - I never received any gift card or info about one upon "order confirmation' so waited for the blanket. Nothing came with the actual blanket, either. In addition, a couple of days after I ordered, I saw a TV commercial offering 20% off with a discount code ("paw"). I would like to be refunded 20% of my purchase ($25.80). So added that comment to my now SECOND email. Still no response. I have now additionally called twice (once at 6 am PST and once at 3:15 pm PST) but only got a robot telling me "no operator is available to help you". I, too, noticed the tag which said it was made in CHINA (I should have asked first) and it is a bit rough and wrinkled from the vacuum-sealed shipping. I was willing to look past these things but really want my discount and gift card (was MAYBE going to purchase another) but now with such bad customer service and ZERO response, I probably will not. If I had read these reviews before purchasing, I would not have bought either. JOEL C - go ahead and contact me at the info given on order #*******! Thank you.

Like many of the reviews here I have not received my product. Ordered Nov. 10! I have been emailing daily since Dec 28th - no response. Phone - no one manning the lines and no response back. They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it. Fraudulent company!

I ordered from Paw.com on 13 January 2022 and my order has not shipped even though their policy on the site states they ship between 0-2 business days. I've tried emailing *******@paw.com, as well as left numerous voicemails and still no response. Their customer service line hasn't had a human answer any of the times I've called. I'm trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but their customer service will not respond. Be wary of ordering from this company!

Placed order on December 23/21 and it is Jan. 19/22 and still no order. Have made several attempts to contact the company and they will not respond to calls or emails. They advertise 2-4 day delivery. We'll were is my order. I am ready to report company to police and better business berau if they do not respond promptly.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible "company", no business ethics whatsoever.
On 1 Jan 2022 we ordered 2 large "curve" beds and one "pup runner". Close to 500 CAD total. Our order came on 10 Jan and was all kinds of messed up. We received one curve bed and one "square" bed. The "pup runner" was missing completely. Tired 3 times to email their customer service email, call the 1800 number several times. No response. After almost two weeks of trying to contact them, I ended up filing a dispute via Paypal. Next is to dispute the charge through my credit card/bank.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!
Be prepared for the lame response from some corporate shill after this review... strange how they can respond to all these negative reviews but can't seem to respond when called or to emails sent directly to their "business"... that should tell you everything you need to know about them.

Update, 29 Jan 2022: still unable to contact company despite their rapid response to this review. Filed a dispute with Paypal. Apparently, Paw.com wouldn't respond to Paypal inquiries either, so Paypal ruled in my favor and refunded my money. Always use Paypal for online purchases when it's an option so you get their purchase protection. Saved my bacon a couple times now!

I've reached out FOUR times since we placed an order om Dec. 26th, our item was shown as in stock when we purchased... the order was marked "shipped" on Dec. 29th... the shipping link did not work and still doesn't work. I've emailed twice, and called twice now. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes before deciding to leave another voice-mail. I'm going to be opening a dispute with my credit card company to have the charges reversed and have saved and screenshotted all evidence proving the lack of response to my concerns... wish I had seen these reviews before because this company is AWFUL, and these reviews clearly reflect that. I'm super disappointed and will definitely be warning friends, family and coworkers to stay far away from this site.

I've been having the exact issue that Barbara M. Is having in these reviews. Paw has taken my money. I ordered two charcoal grey PawProtector throws on 1/10/22. I decided to contact them right away because under order history in my account it has my order date as 6/30/19. And it says my order has not yet shipped. When I click on order details it says "shipped" and my order date as 12/31/21. What the heck is going on? I have called over and over again. No one is manning the phones. I've left messages numerous times. No callbacks. I've emailed numerous times. No response. And I sent multiple messages in Messenger. Sometimes I get a canned response telling me they've been experiencing delays in the response time (you think?) and they'll get to me asap. Well, I do not believe that. I just want to know why there are 2 wrong dates and conflicting shipping information in my account and I want to know the status of my order and when is my order coming? I'm reading these reviews and I'm seeing months for some people and Paw is not letting people know if their items are on backorder or out of stock or any information at all for that matter. I ordered a blanket from Paw.com on 12/29, and have received no information regarding my order, even though I was charged for it on the day I ordered. As others have mentioned, when I log in to my account one pages says it's shipped, one page says it has not, and the dates on the order details do not match up with when I actually ordered. Multiple emails sent, multiple phone calls unanswered. DO NOT order from this company.

I do agree with the quality of the fur being not as expected or per description. I figured I wash the items to make them softer? I really like the items for what I have them intended to. But my issue is I ordered multiple items so spend a good amount of $ and my bundle was sent the dog bed only no blanket. It can happen and as long as i get my item I paid for all is good. I did look at the web page for a phone number and times for calling before ordering. Little did I know nobody answers the phone or chat or email. I see below a rep said call Customer service. How do you do that? Nobody answers the phone? I work in customer service and any excuse they have will not change my opinion about this poor service. The Company I work for always always is present at the times promised on our website! If I can not get the blanket send to me by the end of next week I file a dispute and am sure my Credit card company has no issue refunding me for my purchase.

Is been two week since I place my order. To this date (14 Jan 2022) I have not received an update or tracking number. Website reflects "shipped" but haven't got anything. Purchased a blanket and never received it. Left messages never received a response. Also purchased a dog bed, pure crap. The insert is cut into 3 pieces leaving large gaps that move around. The cover is way too big for the insert. It looks sloppy and the dogs won't go near it. Paw.com, please do not respond and say to call customer service. Of course most people called Customer Service before posting here! You don't answer, you don't respond. Absolutely unacceptable. In case you think you can return it because it says you can... think again. The package says that as soon as open the insert you can't return it. Such BS. Paw.com you disappoint. You would have to feel it to believe it so posting pictures won't show the terrible quality of the insert.

Ordered a blanket almost two weeks ago and nothing has been received. Apparently, it shipped two days ago but the link with the shipping information times out before connecting. After being on hold using their 1-800 number for a while, it forces you to either leave a message or hang up. Left a message with no return call. Also emailed them and received no response. Of course, they immediately charge your VISA. I regret that I did not investigate this company better before purchasing. I will attempt to seek a reversal of the charge through VISA. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I spent over $300 on two throws. It's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. I've called and there aren't any reps to answer or call you back. I've sent so many emails to them and still nothing. Their product is extremely poorly made and trying to get customer service to respond is an act of God. I've called multiple times and have emailed them pictures explaining the failure of their product with zero response. We washed the cover according to their very specific instructions and on the second wash the inside of the cover started to disintegrate and makes an Absolute mess
