Item arrived in good condition but after a couple of weeks of trying to entice our dog to use the blanket, I called to ask about refund because he wouldn't go near it. I was told the only way you can get a refund within the 30 days (which I was well within) would be if I had all original packaging - you know, the box, inserts etc. Who keeps boxes around for 30 days? We'd be overwhelmed with cardboard if we did that! Customer service man was less than helpful - no help at all. Kinda like dealing with DMV in CA.

Ordered seat belts, door covers and seat protector for car. The only items that arrived were seat belts. When I ordered, they said all were in stick. When I didn't get door covers and seat protector, I emailed them and they said it would ship by end of March. Well end of March came and went and I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They offered 10% off if I waited another two weeks. No said no because this was the third ship date they gave me. I want to return seat belts as I ordered them to go with other items. They wouldn't pay for return shipping and customer service representative wasn't very nice at all. Don't buy from them. Deceitful!

Rep. They do not return calls as indicated and they provide false information regarding a return. I returned a foam bed exactly as instructed & the foam bed WAS UNOPENED. I payed $13.98 to have it shipped for a refund. USPS tracking says it was rec'd within 3 days and 10 days later, Treat A Dog has not responded or corresponded it was received or the item was credited, which it is not. I phoned 3 times and emailed 4 -- received a two line email that it cannot be refunded since bed opened which IT WAS NOT. Seriously -- I
Paid $119 for absolutely nothing except wait, I paid for hours of my time trying to simply receive decent and accurate customer service. You are literally keeping my money for nothing -- this is unbelievable. Have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and will retract all complaints if refunded properly. We purchased a truck cover that was incomplete, they wouldn't stand behind it because we didn't open the package in the 30 days they allow to report a problem. The item is unusable with out the tie down tubes.

Purchased #5 dog beds from Treat A Dog and #1 was not fully sewn. They asked for pictures which they received immediately and then they requested it back. They emailed me a return shipping label through the United States Postal Service, now they claim it went to the wrong address - They Provided The Label! Now they refuse to refund my money

I noticed a treatadog ad for a dog bed on Facebook with a price of $159.00 with a discount code to be used at checkout to get an additional 60% off. Seemed like an excellent deal, and I suppose I should have known better because at the checkout the discount code failed but they took my $159.00 dollars.
After many phone calls, I spoke with a company employee and asked for a full refund before they ship the product. The woman wanted to why so I explained the situation. She said she would apply the 60% discount and send me an email confirming the refund due me of $95.40. After I received the email I agreed to proceed with the purchase which was paid via PayPal.
For the following 2 weeks I phoned or emailed treatadog daily, seeking my refund. Each time they either didn't answer or had some lame excuse (e.g. Paypal technical issues). I filed a paypal claim but this type of rip off is not adjudicated by paypal per their written terms.
So, treatadog informs me in writing that they owe me a refund but blatantly refuses to do so. Their employees on the phone will give out no information regarding their company or management. You will also note that their website has no information about their company either (location, etc.). This should have been a trigger to me but I didn't think to check it out first.
Their advertised prices change almost daily and are always using some kind of bait and switch tactic like a discount code or percentage of all of their products.
These people are rip off artists. Do not buy from them, You can find the exact same products on Amazon for less money.
