Poor customer service
February 5, 2022

I purchased 2 blankets on Jan 23,2022. I have received no information about shipment. I have emailed them twice wth no response as well as trying to call but no person answers. Just a voicemail which no one returns the call from. I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing this charge.

I placed an order Dec 31st. Received shipping info that the rug was expected on Jan 26th. It seems that only the UPS label was created, but not actually shipped. Same as other reviews here, 3 emails sent, DM through instagram, called customer service number, no one ever picks up the phone. I'm willing to give the benefit of doubt due to current environment, but to never get a reply and or an explanation is unacceptable. My last email to company was that I seem to have no other option but to dispute the charge with my bank. Last hope here in receiving a response before moving forward with that.

POOR COMMUNICATION

I ordered my blanket on 1/7th, and now it is 2/2nd. I have not received my blanket, and they don't answer/return emails or phone calls, yet they charged my debit card. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cust service lousy

I yried to cancel my order I made on Sunday and today is Monday and they won't do it. My dog was killed last night and I don't want the blanket now. Will NEVER recommend this place. Booooo

I ORDERED, AND YOU DISAPPEARED

I placed an order for a fuzzy pup protector for my couch. I had read you typically ship quickly, same day or within a couple days, and I would get an email when you ship. After 9 days, and no shipping notification, I emailed. No response. I emailed again just wanting to know the status of my order (*******), no reaponse. That isn't caring customer service. You were all about emailing me until I placed an order.

Ghosting you after taking your money!

I purchased (paid in full) a blanket on Dec 12 that on the website said it was in stock (which is why I picked that particular one). Their website says "Once you place your order, we promise to process all items that are in stock within 1 to 2 business days". Dec 22 I have no update on order/shipping status so I contact support. They respond telling me the blanket is out of stock (though, the website STILL says its in stock) and that it will be in stock end of Dec. Its not Jan 28th and there is still no update on my order. I contacted support on Jan 20th asking for an update and I get a email back saying my ticket was resolved and closed... with no update, discussion. Nothing. Unbelievable. I will file a dispute with my CC company.

Zero Customer Service

Like these other reviews, we have had no success in getting any customer service response. Chat agents are never online, no callbacks are made if we can and leave a message, and the hold time says 2 minutes and never picks up. Nevertheless, the charge went through and several weeks later we have no product or shipping info. We'll dispute with the card company and make a consumer protection complaint. I get back-ordered, but communication is the least the company could do.

Don't fall for this scam company

I am convinced all the positive reviews are faked. I ordered a blanket for 180 dollars, thinking it would be perfect for my new couch. IT NEVER CAME. I contacted Canada Post, they couldn't find it and told me I would have to contact the seller to start a claim I tried and tried and tried and tried. They did not get back to me. I am convinced this company with all their fancy promises is just some scam.

Non-existent Customer Service!

Very disappointed - placed an order back on December 6th. This was my second order as I was very pleased with my first one which arrived quickly and with no problems.
I have tried every available outlet to contact customer service about my second order never being shipped (or delivered, obviously) and I have received no reply to any of my messages (email, telephone, social media).
Telephone puts you on hold and then says no agents are available and to leave a message. Messages so far have not been returned. Same with email - no response, even though I have sent several at this point.
The products are expensive and I'm feeling scammed at this point. Hoping I can report it to my credit card company as fraudulent and get my money back!

I finally received my order! And it's good quality! Puppies love it! Upgraded to 3 stars only because I still did not hear a thing from anyone at that company! No email, no call back - no one answers anything. Not good customer service. Really would like to order another PupProtector for our Rv couch but I do not want to go through this wondering if I'll get what I ordered or not and lose the $$. Not worth the hassle. Sadly a great product. My suggestion for this company is to hire someone to answer your emails and phone!

Before you - Paw.com - respond with your standard answer - why don't you answer my emails - yes several, 10 to be exact - I want to know the status of my order! And don't say you didn't get them because one of them you answered asking my order #, even though it was in the subject line - after responding back I have heard nothing and sent several more! You don't answer your phone either! This company is a joke and I wish I had paid attention to the reviews! DO NOT ORDER from them! Reporting to Amazon pay to not allow you to be a vendor and in the works to get my money back.

This is my 2nd order and the first one came in 2 days. I ordered the 2nd one in December and still have not received my order. I have called and emailed over a dozen times and no response. The tracking software show the order was placed and my cc is charged. There customer service is terrible. I understand the supply change issues but you need to communicate with your clients - I have been patient over a month!

I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to shipping and supply chain issues, especially in our current situation. However, with all the inexpensive tools available to businesses to communicate those issues in a timely manner, I find it unacceptable that after almost 3 weeks of no response to my inquiries about when the product would be shipped, I had to go through PayPal and start a payment dispute to get any kind of response from the company.

If you are low on stock, update your website to inform consumers. Don't leave text on the site that states most orders ship out in 24 hours. If it is taking longer than usual to fulfill orders, set up an automated response system that sends emails based on how long the order has been open to, again, inform the consumer. They didn't even have the standard auto reply for customer service inquiries. That is e-commerce 101.

The actual product was fine. Not sure it is worth price, I'll have to see how it holds up over time. But even if it withstands a nuclear blast I wouldn't go through that arcane customer experience again.

I noticed the reply from Paw.com in the review I did earlier... laughable... they want me to "contact them". Hahahahaha... these people are unavailable by phone and do not respond to email. Plain and simple fraudsters... they ripped me off for $123. INTERESTING THAT THEY ALSO CHARGED TAX (that they pocket)... I WONDER WHAT UNCLE SAM WOULD HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT!

Bought the janky 200.00 water proof blanket. No way to return. Spoke to a person at the shipping facility paid to send it back. Guaranteed I would be refunded right away. They received it on 1/13 and no money has been refunded till this day. Be aware this company is not reliable. Wouldn't give them one star but couldn't leave a review without at least one star. DONT ORDER EVER

Hi Leandra - all returns are handled on our website - the direct link is returns.paw.com, refunds are automatically issued as soon as items are in transit. There would not be anyone at our "shipping facility" to provide information on refunds.

Never received items or any responses

I spent around $400 on two blankets and one bed. The bed arrived but the blankets never did. Their online chat and phone numbers are both down - they refer to email to contact them. I sent three emails over 4 weeks asking for an update on the blankets with no response. People post similar negative comments on their IG account and they all get deleted. I have escalated to my payment provider to resolve.

There is no customer service. I have tried contacting them via multiple social media platform, email and the phone number provided. The phone number says the wait time is 2 minutes, but it just rings and eventually says no agent is available. I am so disappointed in this company. Half of my order did not ship. I think I am going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company because no one from Paw is getting in contact with me.

I placed an order on December 27th. I received the blanket, but not the dog bed. The tracking link provided to me at the time never worked. I have emailed customer service 2 times, I have left a phone message and I have even provided a message on their facebook account. This spanned more than 2 weeks, and I haven't received a single reply from any of these. This is very troubling. As long as your order ships and you have zero problems with it, then there's no issue. But, if they fail to send your order…they've effectively taken $150 + tax from me, and provide no avenue for me to obtain information or a refund. Buyer beware! If someone from the company reads this, it pertains to order #*******, and don't say to contact your customer service line, for obvious reasons noted above. Please send product or refund immediately.

We ordered a dog bed on Jan 15th from paw.ca with expectation it would arrive within 2-4 business days. Our order date was a Saturday so I expected to get updated shipping on the Monday. Nothing. I gave it a few days as I thought it might take a few days to process, nothing. At this point the money had left my bank account (paid via PayPal) I tried calling to get an update, no answer. Tried emailing, no reply. Finally decided to look at reviews and found this page. I honestly should of looked at reviews prior to ordering but the bed we ordered matched our house more so we were dead set on getting one of these. I am now worried the bed will not arrive. If Paw is having troubles with shipping due to covid they should send everyone an email. Not leave them hanging especially when the web page says 2-4 days shipping. Good customer service goes a long way, and for how much these beds cost I'm sure Paw could pay to hire a few for CS representatives to help with customer inquiries.

HORRIBLE NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered 2 blankets 1/9 & despite site saying they ship w/in 2-3 business days the products have yet to ship & have sent 3 emails to customer service w/no replies. Have called numerous times during their business hours and get "no customer service reps available at this time". Left vm - no response. I do get marketing emails from them EVERYDAY but NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand shipping delays but not receiving a delayed notice OR ANYTHING from customer service is UNACCEPTABLE!
