I, along with a previous customer, am surprised to see all the negative reviews. I ordered a bundle of the large bed and blanket and both arrived in less than a week. My senior dog had an accident on the blanket and it protected the couch and I just washed it and hung it to dry and its as good as new. He also loves the furry foam dog bed, and I'm sure its helping his senior joints!

I wish I could give -stars SCAM

I ordered a dog bed from this company and it arrived within a reasonable amount of time, however it was not the bed I ordered and the quality was awful. I went through the process to return the bed and it appeared as though my return was accepted. I received a message during the return process that they will not be accepting this particular product back and that I would receive a refund and should donate it to a shelter in need. I would have preferred to send it back as I wouldn't donate something of such low quality to a shelter, however there was no option to send back (I still have this garbage in my house waiting to figure out what to do with it, landfill seems too good for it). I waited for my refund which never arrived. A month later I tried to contact the company multiple times to no avail and resorted to contacting Paypal to have the charges reversed. Ultimately this company lied to Paypal and said they had refunded me when they had not (how Paypal would believe them when I had no credit from this company to my account is unbelievable). I even filed an appeal attaching all of the relevant emails, etc and Paypal sided with the company again. This company is a total scam selling garbage products with ridiculous claims and refusing to refund customers within their own policies. It amounts to theft and you should stay as far away from them as you can. Paypal was also incredibly disappointing and I will not use them again. I used them to protect myself and instead they showed me that their policies are also untrue.

Never shipped, never received

Ordered a blanket that was listed as in Stock on April 16,2022 - almost June and no blanket and only circular responses from so-called 'Customer Service' that they'll "check with their courier". They then provide a link from Loomis so I can "track my shipment" that only says "shipping record received" (suspiciously the day after I was pressing for info on if my order had even shipped). Now I want to just cancel to get a refund and CRICKETS from Paw.com. I'm sure they will comment here saying "please contact us". I have done that multiple times, so how about Paw.com actually provide some customer service rather than the same answer of "checking with courier" for an item that probably never actually existed in the first place. Do not order from this company.

Don't waste your money!

Firstly- they say the ship within 1-2 business days. They do not.
Secondly- customer service is non existent. They also erase negative comments and legit questions from jilted consumers like me on Instagram.
Thirdly- when this arrived finally I was hopeful.
Let me just go on record this is NOT memory foam. It's is a thin mat like what you'd use on a diaper changing table. They say it will fill out, and take shape within 1-2 days. Nope still flat as a pancake.
I have attached photos, which do not lie.
I paid $200 for an orthopaedic bed for my senior dog that is more like a fuzzy bath mat.
Lastly- they do not offer a refund once you've opened the memory foam. Super sleazy considering you don't realize until after it's open it's not good quality. Save your money! Find a reputable company that deserves your hard earned money.

I received the incorrect order and after 3 emails and 5 unanswered phone calls in a week's time (which just ring and ring and ring or I leave a message and no one calls back), the only response that I got was an email saying the case had been closed! I am about to file a dispute with my credit card company.
Below shows what I ordered, what I received, and the email I got from the company.

UPDATE: After I posted this review, I immediately got an email stating they were sending me a replacement blanket plus shipping information. See my last post.

I've ordered a seat cover on january 5th, paid for fast shipping and all expected to deliver within 3-5 days. Waited 2 weeks still nothing and i've contacted these guys over 4 months for a refund and they keep going in circles stating that they need to open a claim. Why is it that everytime i call you guys state you guys opened up a claim and whenever i call in to checkup upon that claim you guys state that there has not been a claim open, & there's only one lady in charge of all this? Seems like a SCAM in my opinion.

This is a review of the company. I ordered a bed for my senior Great Dane. Shortly after ordering, I decided I should add a replacement cover to my order because he has frequent accidents. Within an hour of placing my order, I called customer service and asked them if I could add the replacement cover. They said no. So then I asked them to cancel the order so I could place a new order. They said that my order was already "processed," so they could not cancel it either. By the way, "processed" doesn't mean "shipped." They said there was nothing they could do, and I told them I would just refuse the delivery then. They said they would have the team lead contact me, which never happened. About four hours after speaking with them, I got a notification that a UPS label was created (again, not yet shipped). I refused the delivery like I said I would do. Five days after it had been delivered back to their warehouse, I had not been refunded. So I called them, and despite the package being in their hands, they said I had to actually initiate a return online. Once the return was initiated, I saw the refund amount was only a partial amount because they had deducted the shipping cost. They again said there was nothing they could do. I did everything I could to cancel the order before it even shipped, and they shipped it anyway and want to charge me for it. I am now contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge. On a separate note, my friend has the Paw PupDream bed, and the Big Barker brand is thicker and seems much sturdier. My dogs fight over who gets to use the Big Barker bed. I recommend Big Barker over Paw based on quality and customer service.

I was surprised to see so many horrible reviews about this company they are extensively super expensive but I would spend anything to help my little partner in his end of life and making sure he's comfortable and if I can help alleviate some pain I will the bed is a perfect size for a Chihuahua it's not good for them to curl up in a ball which most dogs do when they're that small it's best if they sprawl out when they are resting or sleep and surprisingly he does put his head on the blue support cushion frame which alleviates tension on his spine. It is soft enough for comfort but sturdy enough for support a fluffy bed is the worst thing for arthritis I'm really glad I got this I'd recommend it it came in a few days didn't have any problem. Worst product
April 12, 2022

I purchased two of the largest memory foam print dog beds and the blanket. I also purchased an extra cover for the dog bed so I could wash one and still have a cover on it. First, they are not waterproof covers. If a dog does piss on the bed it leaks immediately onto the "waterproof" cover and seeps into the memory foam. Second, after only a few washes the animal print cover was falling apart. The inside of the cover is chipped and peeling black bits everywhere. When I took it out of the wash the entire machine was covered in black flakes. The dryer was even worse. Took me an hour to clean them out of the dryer so I could put clean clothes in it. At this point I've wasted hundreds of dollars on what's going to end up in the trash. I read tons of reviews and am disappointed more people aren't honest or don't update their reviews down the road with these issues.

I have been trying to return a dog blanket that is of very poor quality. Trying to get a return label is fruitless. The emails I receive do not make any sense whatsoever. When I put in the order #, they say they have no record of it. When I ask for a link to instructions for a return, they offered "http//_____." This is a scam! They make it impossible to return one of their inferior products so they can keep your money. I'm fuming!

I received the bed and a seam wasn't sewn, resulting in a brand new bed that already had a hole in it. When I tried to report damage and exchange on the website, the company tried to charge me $19. I emailed directly, no reply. Today I got a "this case is closed, rate our service" email. Well, no one replied about damaged product, so the service is zero stars.

I place an order January 27th which stated 2-4 business day shipping. Received a shipping confirmation a day later with a tracking number that goes to a invalid link. Tracking number cannot be recognized by any tracking system online. Contacted Paw.com and requested a valid tracking number. Still have not received a response. Submitted a PayPal dispute and they have tried contacting Paw.com about the order with no response from the seller. Good luck getting your order

We received your most recent email this past Saturday and after further review it appears your package is lost in transit. I didn't require the bed anymore, I bought for my very senior dog to make him comfortable, unfortunately I didn't need it anymore when they arrived. Sad. I asked to return, Was still in their boxes not even opened. Got an email saying they are not taking returns and to donate them and they would refund them. I did donate them as requested, it has been a month and NO REFUND OR NO ANSWER WHEN EMAILING.

Waited months

I ordered Dec 14 and have had to contact them multiple times, most emails go unanswered. First time I was told my order would ship in January and they gave me a discount. Then I was able to get through on the phone after 5 calls, they said Feb 7. Finally got through on the phone again today and was told they forgot to ship my order and he'd make a new one - we will see if they ship and I'll update on the quality.
I understand there are product shortages but keep an accurate inventory and do not put items up for sale that are out of stock or on back order - I own an online business it's a simple process. The inventory management and customer service is greatly lacking. It's impossible to get an email back and so hard to get an answer on the phone. Shouldn't be the case because clearly their advertising budget is huge. This company needs to get their *you know what* together.

It passed over a month and still didn't get any updates on my order, was it at least shipping or not. There were multiple emails back and forth but the story is the same "your order is being processed..." ridiculous how long it takes for an order to be processed. If I'm not getting my fund back, will file a claim.

They came through…

I ordered the pup protector blanket on Jan. 16,2022. After a couple weeks, I noticed I hadn't heard anything about my shipment. That's when I found so many negative reviews on multiple sites including BBB. I pretty much assumed my money was gone, but before I could file a claim with PayPal, I sent an inquiry to their customer service to request status of my order. While I did not receive a response to my email, I received a notification that my order was in transit about a week later. Still skeptical, I followed the tracking and I could see it was heading my way. I received the blanket on February 11. The blanket meets my expectations and it arrived in about 3.5 weeks. I don't do product reviews very often, but wanted to acknowledge that Paw.com delivered on my order and I am happy with it.

Very Dissapointed

I purchased a waterproof blanket 3 weeks ago believing it would ship in 2-4 days, per their website. I have reached out to the company several times with their only response being they can't get materials. In my opinion, if you can't, and know you can't, fill an order, don't accept payment. I would like to cancel my order but can't reach customer service. I normally never write a review but believe this info might keep others from being fooled by a pretty webpage.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Their website states they ship within 1-2 days. It still has not shipped 2 weeks later. I emailed a few days after placing my order asking to change my address as I was moving and received no response. Tried emailing again a week after that and again received no response. I understand things being delayed, but there is NO communication which is completely unacceptable. The item showed it was in stock on the website, so I expected it to ship within the timeframe stated. Again, if the item is backordered or delayed, that is fine but needs to be communicated to the customer. Then, on top of that, my emails haven't been responded to, when I try calling it says no support is available and hangs up, and their chat feature is never active. I've never interacted (or not interacted I suppose) with a company that is so unprofessional.

This product is a complete scam!

This product is a complete scam! I have never spent so much on pet beds under false advertising. They are not water resistant AT ALL! The pee soaks right through the "water resistant" liner. This is the whole reason I chose to purchase this item in hopes it'd be easier for cleaning, WRONG! The foam is uncomfortable, it's very stiff foam and my dogs HATE it. Also, the cover sheds in chunks from them trying to scratch around to make it comfortable. Now that the urine has soaked into the foam there is no way I'll be able to wash it out.
