We ordered 2 comfort foam beds that were on final clearance. I must say we and the children are not disappointed. Panther one of our 6 is happily sprawled out and fast asleep after a hard day's work on our ranch.
We will be ordering more for the other children.

I bought the $79 orthopedic "waterproof" pet rug/pad, JOKE! Is not waterproof, pet proof, no warranty HUGE waste of money! Paw.com does NOT support their products, expensive and Trash, fills your trash can and takes YOUR $$$.

If I couldn't give less than 1 star I would. These guys accepted my order on 11/25 and never sent the product or replied to any of my messages. I just now received an email asking about my order - 3 months later. Save your money and time - purchase elsewhere. You can read more comments on their FB and IG especially around Christmas time.

Ordered TWO xl bundles in November. It is now mid March. Nothing. No response to several emails. The sad thing is.they looked so stinking awesome and I was so excited! Shame on me for not checking reviews!

I bought one of their dog beds and I am more then satisfied. My dog really beats it up and it still survives. Also it looks great. It came fast to my home.

I ordered a dog bed at the end of November and it has not come. I have emailed twice and not received a response. I have tried calling and no one picks up. I am unsure if I will ever get the dog bed or else a refund for my order that never came.
As all the other reviews indicated, I received their "PupDream" Memory Foam Orthopedic Dog Bed and the foam did not decompress at one end and after a week nothing has changed. I emailed and tried calling and like everyone else you get a prerecorded message that there is no agents available. They have never responded to my email. This company is a real scam and I am sorry I didn't look at these reviews ahead of time. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! BEWARE
I ordered a large pet bed and received a small. Since I already opened it I couldn't return it. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund in the difference, which is about $50. I paid for a large and got a small. I did not get what I paid for. By the way there is no sizing on the box they package it in. And they put a plastic wrap on the foam with a difficult to see warning to not open unless you checked the size. If you open you cannot return. I contacted customer service 4 times and heard nothing. Then suddenly I received an email that my ticket had been closed. I contacted them again that my problem had not been resolved and again heard nothing. I would not buy from them again. I cannot recommend them to friends and family. This experience was beyond frustrating and made me feel ripped off.
UPDATE: PAW customer service finally contacted me after more than 2 months. They offered to ship a bed in the right size free of charge. I received it very quickly. The quality is great.
I've sent 3 emails in regards to my order and no one has replies and after seeing some of these reviews, I doubt I'll get a reply. I received the wrong size dog bed and was hoping I could exchange it for the large dog bed that I ordered. Based on their poor customer service and how the bed is actually thinner than what their website says, I would not recommend ordering anything from them. I wish I googled the company first so I could have avoided spending money on their product.
I ordered two beds for two dogs 2 months apart. Memory foam beds. The first has had cover washed a couple times.
Very happy with this product. Delivery and product itself. My dogs love them.
Do NOT, Buy anything from pawhot it total rubbish,item are direct from China through a front office in London youcan not get a refund!...you have been warned!
Bought- 2 long fur, water prof blankets ( bark grey) and 1 small water proof blanket ( light grey)
The blankets arrived and looked beautiful, 2 months later they are so matted we will be throwing them out.
Please note the following concerns I have
-called business in December and never received a call back
- called business in January and never received a call back
- called again to discuss how unsatisfied I am with the product and how it I did not last 2 months at covers for my couches. The customer service person would not assist me and I asked for it to be reviewed by management. The customer service agreed to call back in 24-48 hours and I a never heard from them.
-called back and received refund on two items but was told that the item I bought 5 days before would not be refunded. I sent pictures of how matted the items are.
Will not be promoting this business or products.
Not satisfied with the product, how poorly the blankets held up to two dogs and the customer service.
I purchased the large White orthopedic bed and my dog was ill last week and vomited and urinated on it. It seeped through all the cover including what they call a waterproof cover. I tried washing out the stains and the foam split in half and it still has not dried up. This happened last Tuesday. I have e-mailed them regarding this issue and now looking at all of the reviews it is clear I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Also have not heard back from them. This is too bad because if they had better customer service people would probably by the product again.
Edit: (Jan 25) I never heard from this company until I contacted PayPal. I was emailed the typical response about shipping times an I told them then I no longer trusted them and did not want the bed. It was shipped out to me a few days later. I received the bed, opened it up to let it fluff up over 24 hours but they have sent the wrong bed. The one I ordered was 40" x 30" x 4". I received one that is 35" x 30" x 2". I ordered a flat bed but this one has a pillow at the end which is 4" but the rest of the bed is 2". So 95% of it is 2" thick only. Lumpy and so the cover is too large. Its very cheap looking if the cover does not fit snugly. It looks like a potato sack. I have contacted PayPal and want this bed returned. I do not trust them enough to send me the right bed. The quality of these beds if this one is any indication has gone down the toilet. My 3 year old beat up memory foam bed is better than this new one.
Finally had PayPal refund my money. I didn't need to send the bed back but gave it away.

Ordered a bed on Jan 1,2023. Says 2-4 days delivery. Today is January 11th and I have tried emailing them politely 6x in the past 3 days enquiring as to my delivery. Just tried to call and was put on hold for 3 min and then a recording came on saying there were no agents available. I immediately looked up reviews and found this page. I see no one else ever got through either. Fortunately I paid by PayPal and will now open a case for my money to be returned. A friend of mine however ordered two beds, two days after me and received them over a week ago. Me? No contact from the company whatsoever. IF they are drowning in sales at the very least hire a customer service agent to respond to emails or phone calls. WONT ever buy from them again!
I ordered one dog blanket, it came quickly and I was happy with the product. I ordered a second one and it's been over a month and I have yet to receive it or have any shipping updates. I've emailed customer service twice and messaged them on Facebook messager and received no response.
I ordered a product on December 15th, received a wrong product on the 18th and called. I called back again on December 22nd. I received the same message after holding forever "there is no representative available to speak to you try your call later". I've received the same message every time I've called since after holding. I also sent a written email on 12/22/22 at 3:37 p.m. which also has not received a response. I sent a follow up email on 12/31/22 which also did not receive a response. Today is January 10th. I was forced to report this as fraud to my credit card because they gave me no other option. Save your money folks... this company is not reputable!
We received the pup/rug in cowhide the dimensions are 3-4" smaller than advertised (false advertising) and never received the pup white with brown blanket. They say... just reach out with any concerns but nobody responds (false adverting) called and emailed several time since order was placed. Would not recommend this company.
