This site is a scam. The blankets I paid for were never delivered even though the tracking said they were. My daughter checked her security camera and nothing was ever left at her door the day it said it was. I left several voice mails because no one ever answers the phone. No one returns messages or emails. Consumers beware.
I placed an order November 18,2022. Still have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails to costumer service with no response. I have called the support line multiple times. No one ever answers. I have left multiple messages and have not received a call back. Mind you I paid over $200 for a blanket! Stay away! SCAM ALERT!

I ordered a throw blanket from them as a Christmas gift. Instead I was sent a dog bed. I've tried calling and emailing for over a week without a single response. DO NOT buy from this company.
I ordered a size medium dog bed based on the Paw.com sizing guide, but the bed I received was much too big. The reason for the confusion was because the actual bed sizes did not match the sizing guide. I requested to exchange the bed but Paw.com said the sale was final, even knowing about the flawed sizing guide. I am a very unhappy former customer of Paw.com. I wish I had never ordered from them.
I ordered on Black Friday. I never received shipping notifications. Reached out to them, no response.
I ordered on Nove 27th and had a 2-4 days shipment. I have contacted this company many times through Shop Pay and email. I have also called and left messages. I have received zero response. At this point I am going to contact a lawyer and see what my options are going forward. I see the response attached to these other messages and it looks to be an auto feed message. You can't convince otherwise they are a scam!
I ordered the 27th of November. Still no ordered items. Sent several emails.no response... i want the items or a complete refund.
I talked to one of their customer service agents and they're very helpful. They were able to provide what I needed. Fast shipping and good quality products!
I bought three memory foam bolster pillows for our dog and for others as a gift and they arrived defective. The memory foam never expanded, and it is tough and uncomfortable. I've tried to get ahold of customer support several times over the past few weeks and they are unresponsive. I would like a refund but at this point I'm not optimistic that they will actually respond and resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed. Apparently there are many customers dealing with similar issues and no response from the company as well.
After writing my review through sitejabber I got an answer (email) from customer service and I received my product (orthopedic bed) two weeks after that. Although I like the quality of the bed (thickness) for my 11 year old dog and he is enjoying it from the first day, the process of getting an answer from the company was stressful and time consuming. I will think twice before I order from PAW in the future.

I have called customer service at different times but I only get an answering machine asking you to leave your name, email and phone number. Nobody in the last two weeks have been calling back or sending an email to follow up with my request. I ordered a product and they are receiving the payment via Klarna but I didn't get my product yet and not information about the shipping status. Very disappointing experience with this company so far. I will wait this week before I pull back my order and cancel it through Klarna. My order #869418 placed on 10/20/22 for $99.23
Purchased a PupRug 55x50 on Nov 27th. Received email on Nov 29th that the item was shipped. Since that time, no further tracking information has been available, no answer to numerous calls and emails. Wish I would have believed all the terrible reviews with this same basic complaint. Paw.com did respond to BBB complaint by asking me to be patient after 3 weeks!
Update- Received the same reply as other reviews from "Joel" requesting order number. I have emailed and called too many times to waste anymore time on this scam of a company. Thankfully I paid using Amazon Pay and was issued a full refund.

Placed an order in November that I still haven't received an actual update on! I still have not heard back from this company after calling, leaving messages, tons of emails! That stupid response message "JOEL" sends is just more lies. I've emailed Francine JOEL, that does nothing! I've emailed *******@paw.com like you requested when I filed a complaint on BBB. Still nothing. This company is a scam. Save your money and time and STAY AWAY!

I ordered from this company over a month ago and they will not follow up on any emails. I send or call me back. When you call the number it says no support representatives are available. This company is a complete scam they take your money and never send your product and will not respond in any way shape or form, save your money and yourself a lot of stress and stick with chewy.

I placed an order on Nov. 28th with my card being charged immediately yet never received an order confirmation email. However, I did receive an email on Nov. 30th stating my order would be delayed and tracking information could not be provided- placing blame on high volumes and the courier. Again though, no order confirmation or order number. Unless paw.com is using a disreputable courier, placing blame on the courier for lack of tracking information and delays is not valid as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DLT are all still providing tracking information upon creation of the label. If tracking information can't be provided, this is simply because the vendor (paw.com) has not processed the order and subsequently, created labels/scheduled pickups for delivery with the courier. This is solely on paw.com and paw.com should take full responsibility rather than giving customers excuses and placing blame elsewhere.
In addition to the above, I received an email on Dec. 7th stating that I had received a $30 promo code in my order confirmation email which expires on Dec.31st. Again though, I still have yet to receive an order confirmation email, and now, a $30 promo (which I would be hesitant on using as this point anyway).
I have sent multiple emails to *******@paw.com and *******@paw.com regarding my order but no reply. I have sent paw.com messages through their Facebook account but no reply. I have tried signing into my paw.com account to check my order status but upon attempting to access my account details, it goes into a continuous buffer and will not load any details on my account.
At this point, if I don't hear from paw.com within the next 24hrs, I will have to flag this as fraudulent activity and report accordingly to the Better Business Bureau and my Credit Card company.

I have ordered two large PupProtector Waterproof Throw Blankets, but only received one. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with customer service both via phone and email, but no success. I would definitely not recommend them. I am still waiting on my second blanket.

Please please do not waste your time with paw.com. They are not a genuine pet bed supplier, and it seems they entirely exist to scam you out of your money. I purchased a bed, the shipping company claimed by address did not exist, and I had to call them to convince them it does exist. Then the bed arrived and one week after unboxing it was still compressed in several spots, was lumpy, and sad. To top it off, customer service will dodge you, so good luck claiming any return or warranty issue. It's easy to advertise a warranty but I doubt they would honor it. I will be seeking action through my credit card or legal recourse if necessary. Please note that in the photo I am not applying pressure to make the bed look like this, just pointing my finger to keep the cover against the foam and provide perspective. The bed is barely 2 inches thick in that spot.
Edit to reply: I went through the portal, and it said final sale on the item. So I was not able to process the refund. I was really looking forward to setting up my dog with a high quality bed as I'd seen lots of positive reviews, but i find that it has been very difficult to get my return processed on a bed that stayed flat a week after unboxing.

Refund is being processed. That was a bit challenging but I'm thankful that Joel and Francine came through for me. Because I don't have a printer to print a return label, they asked me to donate the bed to a shelter, which is a nice touch. Thanks for doing right by me, I will only update again if the refund does not process.

I absolutely love this company or at least in the past I did. I have never been steered wrong by them until now... order led a bundle for a silent auction to donate. No blankets we every received. I am thinking of opening an dispute with my credit card... but really want to give them benefit of the doubt. Because they have always been good to me in the past.
