I ordered two beds and one throw. One of the beds and the throw are great and my dogs love them. The second bed, however, is a flat piece of foam that never got bigger so it is just a flat fur piece. Needless to say, my dog does not sleep on it. It isn't a bed!
I have left a voice mail message, emailed as well as stood in the chat line for over an hour twice only to be put to the back of the line when I got within 4 - again, twice.
This is a terrible company if they don't attend to these issues.
I was sent a smaller bed and I'm missing the large blanket from my order. Over a week I've contacted them through email, Facebook, and calling over 10 times now with 0 response back. This was a blanket we needed for a litter of puppies that was just born. This company has terrible customer service and is fraudulent.
Update: After 3 months of over 20 times contacting them I still haven't heard back from them a single time or received my order. The only response I have ever received from them was a generic response on this site to my review. I had to fight the fraudulent charge's through my credit card company. Avoid this company it's a scam.

I purchased 3 products almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received anything yet. They tell you 2 to 4 business days for delivery but definitely not true. They don't provide to tracking numbers or anything to keep track of your shipment. Tried calling, emailing and messages through Facebook but no response at all. I think I might have been scammed. Well, I received one of my 2 orders but still can't get a hold of anyone to see when or even if I'll be getting my second order. Ordered 3 Plaid pillows and the Plaid bundle with dog bed, blanket, and pillow. Only received 3 pillows and they all had yellow stains on the inserts. Emailed 4 times and called 5 times without a response. Calls always go to automated response "no service agent is available". Selecting my order on their website goes to an error page every time as well. Company is a scam. Have disputed on my credit card.

I entered the incorrect shipping address but immediately sent an email to support with the correct one. I've sent multiple emails since without response. I've called multiple times since to no answer. My shipment was sent to the incorrect address.

This company seems to be non responsive. Quility control issues and zero response when calling and emailing. Disappointed with quality of purchase and lack of response from customer service. I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel these fraudulent charges

I have been trying to get a response for a month on an estimated time of delivery for my replacement cover. It has been sitting on order placed for a month with no change. I ordered a dog blanket from Paw.com 10 days ago. I got a confirmation on the order but never any information that it shipped out. I've been trying to call, no one answers the phone – I've sent multiple emails only to receive a generic email back, saying I will receive an email when it ships. I sat on their chat venue on the website all day. I made it to number one and nobody ever came on to help me now the store is not closed and the chat is available it says online, but nobody comes online to help you, I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card because paws.com Doesn't respond to anything or anyone. Order a giant bed and matching large blanket. Revived an large to X-Large bed and no blanket. Received email of a code for an original blanket of a different color because my color is sold out. However I didn't pay for the original I paid for the large and the code won't work for large. The bed is also not the size I paid for. I have called and emailed daily with no responses. I just want the size I ordered even if I need to pick a different color. As of now I would not order anything from this company because they seem like they don't know what they are doing.

I'm looking into filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Nov 7 - placed order
Nov 12 - was surprised the order had not yet arrived, so I emailed customer service to follow-up... no response back
Nov 15 - called and spoke with a gentleman who said he'd look into it and call me back in a few hours... no response back
Nov 16 - took 6 calls to get through but eventually spoke with Francine who apologized for me not receiving a call back and said she needed to investigate the order further and would get back to me this time
Nov 17 - Francine informs me the order didn't translate, would I like to proceed with the order and continue to wait (says, the order will ship in 2-4 business days)
Nov 18 - I agree to proceed with the order and wait the 2-4 business days
Nov 22 - I email to follow-up and request a tracking # for shipping... no response back
Nov 25 - took 5 calls to get through but eventually spoke with Morris who says the order was recreated yesterday (not on November 18)
Nov 29 - left voicemail - no response.
Nov 30 - called 6 more times, no answer. Tried to leave a poor review on the website in hopes that the right person would see it and rectify the situation, it wouldn't let me submit the review

This order wasn't shipped. Paw doesn't follow through and then becomes totally unresponsive. Support email and phone yield no replies. Very unprofessional.
