I ordered covers with cushions. The cushions came in the covers with about 1/2 the amount of padding actually needed to fill the cover and make it stiff. I could easily squeeze 2 cushions into every cover, leaving the cushions flabby and unusable. Sent an email asking to resolve the issue and never got a reply. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I'm very happy with the quality of the custom made cushions. They fit perfectly, are comfortable, and the fabric is great quality. Shipping and communication weren't great. They arrived a week late. ETA was never updated. When I contacted customer service and asked, I was told they were "running behind". They couldn't give me an arrival date. I would order from them again but would say if you need them by a certain date, be sure to allow for delays.

We ordered one 3" and two 2" cushions. The 3" thick cushion was perfect but the two 2" cushions are actually almost round - 5" thick in the middle with 2" edges. I'm replacing the stuffing with 2" stuffing from elsewhere. The material is excellent on all three.

We got the wrong size called customer service as it says it's open 24 seven first day I called them. They said we'll call you back in a couple hours. Never got a call. Second day. I called them said we will call you back in half an hour, never got a call third day I called. They said oh we will transfer a call to that department and disconnected or hung up this customer service services in India. I paid almost $800 for six cushions. I got six cushions that are four times bigger than my custom order..

I was shopping for cushions for the old patio set for a while. And since the measurements were very specific it was impossible to find exact sized quality cushions. HQ PATIO did an amazing job! The cushions were made in exact size I needed. They are firm and very well made! I am extremely satisfied. It definitely worth every penny I paid. I am going to order more, this time for lounge chairs. Highly recommend to order through this company!

When we received our replacement cushions I was disappointed with the quality and service of Patio HQ. I was unaware the cushions were made in India which added an additional week to the shipping. After several attempts to contact them via email & chat, i resorted to calling them. After being bounced around someone finally called me back days later, only to avoid providing me with an estimated delivery schedule. The cushions arrive in a large vacuum sealed package which we ripped in transport, my FedEx driver attempted to tape the large package and stated "I don't know if it's all there," when he dropped it off.
The cushions themselves are visually appealing but the backs are grossly under filled. If there was another option I'd suggest looking into them..

I had a hard time finding a company where you could order custom replacement cushions for our patio furniture. I was very happy when I found the PatioHQ website …. They had so many Sunbrella fabric colors and would make custom cushions. We measured the existing cushions twice before I went ahead and ordered 5 seat cushions and 5 back cushions. They arrived 3 weeks later and I couldn't be happier.

I wish the threads on the inside of the cover were trimmed better. I paid for a custom cover and it needed better attention to details.

I ordered two custom banquette cushions for an L-shaped bench. Even though I ordered through a US based company, the cushions were made and shipped in plastic from India, traveled through France, then delivered to the US. They were vacuum sealed to compress the cushions paper thin including the foam. Once opened, everywhere the cushions had been folded to fit inside the tight plastic there are permanent creases, the corners of the foam are bent and wrinkled, and where the cushions were folded near the seams the stitching is looser than other areas which created bulges. Overall, I was choosing between three similar priced companies and am disappointed that I went with Patiohq.

I bought 4 sets of custom cushions for my porch chairs. I measured for the seat cushions carefully, but unfortunately, when they arrived, they are about an inch longer than I'd asked for.
I'm going to make them work because it took so long for them to get here that I don't want to have to go through the hassle of returning and waiting for another set. They hang out over the front edge a bit, but I guess that's the way it's going to be unfortunately.
A bit disappointing when you spend $1000 on cushions :/
