We ordered chair cushions for our outdoor dining room chairs and they are a perfect fit. We had looked and looked on line for cushions and this was the best way to go - ordering reasonably priced custom cushions. The color was a bit off from what we anticipated from the picture on the website but they still worked out well.

The website gives NO information when ordering a cushion cover! They do not explain that you must remove the foam insert from the current cover to measure and insert into the new cover. When I ordered the wrong cover, NOT ONE person explained this to me. All they were concerned about was that the error was not theirs. The website needs to be more clear and their customer service people need to be able to explain how to insert the current cushion into the cover. Now I have spent $400 for a cover that won't work for me! Terribly disappointed and makes me think they are scammers!

I only received an email yesterday that said that you did not make an error so I would not receive a refund. They said to go back to the website and order the correct item. They didn't even tell me which item to order! I emailed back to ask which item was the correct one for my cushion and also some instructions, picture, or video of how to properly install the cover. That would have helped tremendously before I placed the order the first time! They emailed back to tell me the correct item but said they could not provide any pictures or videos. I found this funny as when we were trying to determine the problem I was having, they requested 2 videos from me which I gave them.

I was skeptical that the quality wouldn't be great or fabric wouldn't actually be Sunbrella due to the very reasonable prices. I was very impressed when my chair cushion and back pillow arrived. The fabric was an exact match to my much more expensive cushions on other furniture. They were sturdy and made to my exact specifications.

I was initially hesitant to purchase sofa cushions for concern that if it didn't fit my current sofa, I might be at a loss of money for returns. I bit the bullet, purchased the custom cushion, and it arrived within a couple of weeks. It fit my sofa frame perfectly! That gave me the confidence to purchase from them a 2nd time, this time for my other 2 sofa chairs. I might even buy a chaise cushion replacement. The cushion felt somewhat firm to my liking. The cover was even from Sunbrella. However, I only gave it a 4/5 because there's a tiny bit a of difference on firmness/quality from this brand vs Pottery Barn or CB2, etc. PatioHQ was very affordable and I love their free shipping!. Make sure you measure accurately, to the half inch.

We were replacing 2 patio outdoor oversized chair cushions which were 4 to chair. I wanted to change it to 2 but wasn't sure it would work. I worked with a very patient, kind rep on the phone sending him measurements and pictures. We are very pleased with the outcome and will next order a couch and 2 loveseats on the same lanai!
