I made a purchase of three cushions of varying sizes for a couch on my sunporch. After I made my purchase I would continue to receive emails saying I still needed to complete my order by paying. I thought I had paid. I checked in with the company- yes I had paid they said. Another email came saying I hadn't paid. In my desire to get the cushions as soon as possible, I paid again on a different credit card. Several HOURS later I received a call saying I had paid twice and they would immediately refund my second payment. The person on the phone gave me his name, but I don't remember it. I felt like I was speaking with the head of the company. I was so impressed with their honesty and eagerness to quickly resolve the issue. The cushions arrived - they are perfect and of excellent quality. I will use Patio HQ again.
The quality of my cushions is top notch. I l love the color I chose, which was mushroom. My husband said they were super comfortable and they are, but he usually doesn't say much about this type of thing so it made me feel even better about my purchase. Delivery was very timely as well. The chair back cushions did not come with ties which I selected and paid for. Their "Resolution Specialist" is now ignoring my request for the ties. I offered to sew the ties on myself if they would just send them to me, instead of sending me new cushions, but now they are not returning my emails. Very bad customer service! What a rip off!

Ordering my cushions was super easy, they had the exact fabric to match my existing cushions, the price was less than other companies and their website stated that the items were made in the USA and that sealed my choice in ordering. I received updates all along the way and completion was fast. I received a final email stating that my cushions shipped and an arrival date. The date came and when they didnt arrive I checked the tracking number only to see that my cushions had ENTERED US customs from India just days before, then exited US customs back to India which is where they were still the day they were supposed to be at my door. This is how I found out that the items I ordered and paid for were NOT made in the USA as claimed on their website, they arent event put together in the USA, they are unboxed and repackaged in the USA after they are made in India. I did receive my cushions 3 days late as they were lost. They are of good quality, the foam is not as firm as the current ones that I have and the zipper is a different color that the fabric (beige zipper, grey fabric). But I have them. I will not purchase from this company again, not because I have a problem with items made in India or anywhere else, but due to their deceptive claims on their website and from their support staff as well.

After receiving the cushion, the quality was poor. The lining is not even. I sent pictures to customer service to help rectify the situation and no one has gotten back to me after two days. That is bad customer service, not to mention inferior product

Your website is very professional and the products look equivalent to the type of Sunbrella cushions we were aiming for (and frankly, paid for). We did not know the product was being made in and shipped from India--which would be less of a problem if the product was really excellent. The material is OK, but there are no labels and several seams had loose threads hanging out (I was afraid to pull them in case the seam unraveled). Again, not bad for a bargain or mid-level purchase, but not what I expected from the quality claimed and price paid.

I had understood the price I was paying - which was expensive - included not only the exterior fabric but also the interior material for a day bed and pillows. So I was very surprised when only the fabric arrived. It cost me a lot of additional money and a few weeks delay to get the interior material. Thus, I was dissatisfied with my buying experience.

I chose color from word choices which was Canvas Natural only to find out that is nearly pure white which clashes with all my Canvas patio furniture. Even the purchase icon next to my order matched the color of my existing furniture.

The cushions are too small for the covers. Black covers sewn with white thread! Zippers don't work. Do NOT order from Patio HQ.

The delivery date of my bench cushion was pushed back multiple times. I found the cushion was coming from India not USA as website claims. The fabric of the cushion is as expected; however the cushion will not lie flat. Also, the construction is such that the zipper is rippled and is very visible due to the fabric not covering it. I am working with customer service to find a resolution but have not heard from them after nearly two days.

We ordered custom cushions to fit our existing sectional outdoor loveseat. We needed one cushion done a different size to fit in the corner of the sectional so contacted PatioHQ via chat to confirm it was possible. We followed their instructions exactly when we placed the order (used ApplePay), and also spoke with them via both phone and email to make sure it was done the way we needed. When the cushions arrived they are ALL incorrect size and the special pillow we needed didn't arrive at all. We've provided photos and video per their request and 1 week later still have no resolution. It feels like summer will be over before we have any remedy... our whole family was so excited to have beautiful new cushions for upcoming gatherings, and instead we're so disappointed. Spending $1200 for foam and fabric we'd hoped for a much better outcome...

Paid for expedited shipping, only got the pillow covers on time. Need the cushions for a family reunion that is why I paid for expedited shipping. Did not find out until a couple days before the delivery that they were going to be 2 weeks late. And I was no longer going to be at that address so had to re-route them to my son's house, and have asked at least 3 times to get the adddress changed and still have not received a confirmation of that.

I had an old wicker loveseat I needed replacement cushions for. The base was in good shape, but the old cushions were lumpy with holes and discoloration from being outside. I wanted nice thick and firm cushions that would fit and the typical stores like Home Depot, Target, and Lowes etc had only the thin basic cushions and not in the dimensions I needed. The patio stores wanted me to buy a whole new patio set which would have cost thousands, which i didn't want to spend either. These guys were great. I just input the dimensions, selected the color I wanted and they arrived within two weeks. I had originally paid extra to have them arrive within 3 days. When they informed me the delivery was delayed they reimbursed that fee without a hassle. My cussions arrived. The color matches exactly other cushions I had replaced a year earlier with another online company... using a sunbrella fabric. Anyway, super pleased with how it turned out!
