Superb service and exceptional quality. Replacement was 100% match with both color and material for existing set. The set is once again brand new, from sun damage. Already placed a second order, due to quality.

I ordered a custom ottoman cushion to match a sectional set that I recently purchased from Pottery Barn. The fabric matched perfectly and the quality seemed great. My concern, which I let them (PHQ) know about right away, was that the insert sent was not at all like the one pictured. It is more like a pillow insert vs. a square sided cushion insert.
I sent pictures, saw that my inquiry was rec'd, and thought things were fine. After the weekend, I checked my emails because I was worried I hadn't seen a follow up. Turns out PHQ did follow up, but the email didn't default into my 'inbox' as a new email, so I missed it. When I didn't respond right away, PHQ sent an email saying they were closing my claim because I didn't respond within 48 hours.
Once I realized where their responses went in my inbox, I immediately replied. I even cut a visit short so I could rush home to send them additional pictures and videos that they required to back up my concerns about the insert not being what was advertised.
Now I feel like they are ignoring me. All I simply asked for was for a proper, square, right sided on all four sides, insert to be sent. I hope they will work with me on this.

Purchased a cushion cover for a piece of our patio set that had been damaged by a mouse. I appreciated the ability to customize the size and match our existing Sunbrella fabric.

Our purchase may have been different than most - we wanted a large outdoor cushion for our cats to use on our deck. PatioHQ's website was easy to use. We chose the size and material we wanted. The item arrived in very good time and was exactly what we were hoping for. The cushion has moved inside during the rainy season... and the cats are enjoying it as much inside as they did outside.

I received a quality made window seat cushion as ordered. My only disappointment was that because it was long, 89 inches, it came with 2 foam inserts and I can't get it to look like one continuous piece. Other than that, it's high quality, sewn perfectly and just as advertised.

The cushion covers are well made and fit well. They were delivered a few days earlier than expected and I was kept informed of the progress of my order. I recommend wholeheartedly!

I ordered custom replacement cushions from this company specifically because their website said their products are made in America. My cushions were shipped via FedEx from India. When I contacted customer service via email I got a non-sensical answer. When I followed up, the customer serviced agent admitted not all products are made in America, some are made in India.

I have an outdoor recliner and the original cushions were not Sunbrella and did not hold up to weather. I was going to get rid of the chair because I couldn't find cushions that fit. Then I found Patiohq and was able to custom order the correct size in Sunbrella material! Now we are using the recliner again. I'm so glad I didn't get rid of it.

Chatted with a customer service rep and asked if these were American made, I was assured they were American made, and that they only had certain processes outsourced to India. The cushions were shipped from India. Given the cost and the misinformation from their customer service, I can't recommend this company.

One cushion had several black soil marks. I will wash the cover and see how it comes out before considering returning the set.

…but the cushion fits like a glove on my drop zone bench! It's so cute! Patiohq really delivered. Ordering was easy, selection good and communication top notch! I would recommend and buy again!

Entering our measurements and find our color match was a snap on your site. The order was processed and delivered in a timely way. The product looks great on our patio. We will return again soon.

Patio cushions were made to the exact measurement I requested and the colors were exactly as they appeared on their website. Also, the material quality is excellent.

The cushions are not as firm compared to the original ones, not to the 5 inches described in the catalog, Price went up and quality went down.

I thought the measurements were in feet; they are inches... Imagine my surprise when I received a sunshade15×17×11 INCHES! Oh well, I now have a sunshade for a beverage; it will be a humorous conversation piece... correct size, I hope, on its it's way!

Ordered new bottom and back cushions, with foam, for my Costco Outdoor set. Happy I could get Sunbrella fabric, will be interesting to see how it holds up in Arizona. The fit was exactly how I ordered it. The only suggestion would be to give us an option on foam density (firmness). The 5 inch bottoms are not as firm as the original cushions and we believe it is a difference in foam firmness.

I am so happy with my experience with Patio HQ. I provided my chair measurements, made a fabric choice and about two weeks later had beautiful new cushions! The quality of the fabric and workmanship is great!

The speed of delivery was as expected, the quality of the cushion I ordered was excellent. It did come from India instead of US. I said I did not want to sign for it, but when Fed Ex delivered it they wanted a signature. I stayed home because of the reviews I had read that said they required a signature. I was very happy about the product and the purchase.

Could not have been easier and finally I have cushions that fit and look as high end as my outdoor table.

Easy enough process and super fast shipping, but the cushions I ordered don't really fit out outdoor loveseat and armchair because the rounded corners are more shallow than the rounded cornere on the furniture. Will probably recover old cushions instead of using these.
